Introducing our second act🥩

Who are you and what type of music do you make?
ICBINB: We’re I Can’t Believe It’s Not Better hardcore punk band from Bournemouth est 2024. Ever wondered what it’d sound like if the Beach Boys started a Hardcore band? That’s us. BIG choruses, BIG harmonies, BIG screams, fun vibes.

How many shows have you played?
ICBINB: We soft launched in 2025, playing 2 gigs in Bournemouth, 1 in London. We’ve been flying in 2026, with our first hometown headline supporting the release of our first EP Congesting Your Brain! Since then we’ve been full speed ahead spreading ICBINB all over the local area, playing 10+ gigs in the first half of the year with plans to reach out further in 2026!

What are you excited to show off to the audience at Fresh Meat?
ICBINB: We’ve been working hard on recording/refining songs which will be our first album once we’ve finished mixing/mastering/promo etc. We’re thinking of calling the album ‘Abject Failure’. These songs sound great on record but they truly come to life at our live shows which is where we feel most at home. Covering everything from battling addiction, lost loves, hostile experiences in foreign countries and past trauma, we hope the songs have an impact and connect with the wonderful audience at Fresh Meat!

Do you have any upcoming shows after Fresh Meat?
ICBINB: Sadly we have no other Brighton shows in the books (that could always change). 3 of us lived in Brighton for uni, we’d love to come back for more gigs! We’re playing AMS Fest in Bournemouth on 29th August - we also have our first breach into Southampton on September 10th at the 1865 which we’re beyond excited about!

Do you have any plans for releasing music anytime soon?
ICBINB: Our newest track ‘The Shredder’ out 17th July! We love this track because of how hard and slow it grooves - getting to show off some lyrical prowess and some guitar SHREDDING. We’ll most likely be putting out a single in September so keep your eyes peeled!

Get down to on the 25th of July to catch and four other under appreciated artists! Tickets at the link in my bio, get em in advance!!!!
