Somewhere out there, another coach is running a programme that sounds a lot like yours. Same niche. Similar promise.

And that can feel like a gut punch, like the market's already saturated before you've even launched.

BUT nobody's buying the idea, they're buying you.

Your clients aren't choosing between two identical offers. They're choosing between two different people. Different stories, different ways of explaining things, different energy in a coaching call, different reasons they got into this work in the first place.

The coach three spaces down from you in the Google results has never lived your life. Never worked with your exact clients. Never had your particular way of making a complicated thing feel simple.

That's the part that can't be copied.

So stop scanning the market for proof someone got there first. Nobody's first. Everyone's just themselves, doing the thing their way.

Yours is the only version of this idea that sounds like you. Lead with that.

That number isn't made up. It's what we found when Tracey came to work with me to refine Founder Mums Club.

She'd built a lot already. Eighteen months in, a lovely membership, a real community but the backend didn't match the care she puts into her members and she didn't quite trust it was all working as it should.

Here's what that 40% was costing her:

→ New members got one enormous welcome email with everything crammed in. There was no guided journey, no gentle way in and a real risk they'd feel overwhelmed and drift.

→ Events ran through a third-party tool, so every registrant slipped past her Kajabi list. Every single event was a missed chance to grow.

→ Pricing was inconsistent across her site, so people were joining at the wrong (lower) price.

→ Emails sent from a Gmail address. No transactional receipts. No terms and conditions, leaving her business exposed.

→ And a brilliant idea for a referral scheme with no system behind it.

None of this was Tracey doing anything wrong. It's what happens when you've grown into habits nobody's ever reviewed, on a platform that can genuinely do a lot.

So we fixed it. A proper member onboarding journey. A clear navigation page so nobody feels lost. Events pulled back into Kajabi. One clean checkout with monthly and annual pricing done properly. A live affiliate programme. Custom sending domain, transactional emails, consistent pricing, T&Cs - the lot. Plus SOPs so she and her VA can run it all themselves.

Her words afterwards: "You have changed my Kajabi life."

If you're paying full price for Kajabi and suspect you're using a fraction of it, you probably are. The gap between 40% and 100% is usually where your smoothest launches and your calmest members are hiding.

I'm not a performer. I certainly don't get off on being the centre of attention.

But this week I ran a tech clinic inside a membership, and what lit me up wasn't the speaking. It was watching people realise they've been overcomplicating everything.

Lead magnets. Email sequences. Event registrations. Kajabi forms. Custom domains. Scheduling tools.

Every single question had the same thing underneath it: "I think I'm supposed to be doing this in a more complicated way."

And I kept saying the same thing back: "No. Simpler. Always simpler."

Because the entire industry has convinced you that complexity equals credibility. That if your backend isn't elaborate, it's not professional. That plain emails won't work. That you need seventeen tools talking to each other.

And none of that is true.

The simplest solution that meets your needs is the right one. Choose less. The tech should disappear, not demand attention.

Im not in these session to talk tech jargon at you, I’m there to see through the noise and tell you exactly what actually matters.

And it pretty much always an overcomplication problem, not a tech problem.

And once you strip it back, the tech stops being the thing that breaks at 9pm and becomes the thing that carries your business while you're at the lido with your kids.

I run tech clinics and masterclass sessions like this inside group programmes and membership. DM me "tech" and I'll tell you how it works.

3 tech habits I'd make every business owner quit immediately.

Because they are making your business feel so much more complicated than it needs to….

Adding another new piece of tech:
Every time something doesn’t quite work, or you hear of another great tool, you think of switching or adding in. I see business owners paying for so many different tools when one or maybe two at a push would be fine. We all know I am a firm believer in Kajabi.

Jumping straight into building:
Before you have actually thought it through. What you want your clients to do, i.e., the customer journey, is so so important, and I appreciate it isn’t always the priority when you’ve had THE best idea. Grab a notebook and write down what happens from the moment someone finds you to the moment they become a client. Only then should you start thinking of the funnel.

Accepting repetitive tasks as just part of running a business:
If you're manually sending the same welcome email, copying the same links into every DM, adding people to the same programme one by one or reminding yourself to send follow-up emails every week...

Please stop.

If you're repeating a task over and over again, there's usually a system that can do it for you.

And no, automation doesn't make your business less personal.

It gives you more time to be personal where it actually matters.

The goal isn't to build a complicated business but build one that feels simple to run.

Your tech can support your growth more than anything else and we need to make it work for you.

Drop me a message to find out how.

For the women who are done cancelling their own plans to work on their tech...

This one's for you.

The ones who've said, "I'll just stay in tonight and finish setting that up."

The ones who've spent hours trying to connect two platforms that were supposed to "just work."

The ones who've put off launching because the tech feels bigger than the actual masterclass.

You want to grow your business. You know your offer can help people. You're excited to get it out into the world... until it's time to set up the tech.

Suddenly, you're trying to figure out landing pages, email automations, checkout pages, integrations, tags, reminders and replay emails. Every time you tick one thing off the list, three more things seem to appear.

It starts to feel impossible.

I've seen so many women lose confidence in themselves because they think they're "just not good at tech."

You're not bad at tech, you're just trying to learn five different jobs at once.

That's exactly why I created my free Masterclass Tech Setup Checklist.

It's a simple, step-by-step guide that walks you through everything you need to set up before your next live masterclass, so you can stop second-guessing yourself and start feeling confident that your tech is ready.

Comment "CHECKLIST" and I'll send it over.

They buy because you showed up enough times, in enough ways, that when they were finally ready, you were the obvious choice.

One email isn't a launch. One Instagram post isn't a strategy. One mention in your newsletter doesn't mean you've "told your audience" about your offer.

Think about the last thing you bought online.

Did you buy it the very first time you saw it?

Probably not.

You likely saw it in someone's stories, then an email landed in your inbox, then a client testimonial popped up, then they mentioned it on a podcast or during a live... and eventually, when the timing was right, you bought.

That's exactly how your audience behaves too.

The people who say yes are rarely the ones who see your offer once and immediately pull out their card.

They're the people who've had multiple opportunities to understand what you do, see the results you create and build trust in your expertise.

That's why a proper launch isn't one announcement.

It's a sequence. And that's why your evergreen funnel shouldn't rely on one lonely email doing all the heavy lifting either.

Every touchpoint has a job.

Some create awareness.

Some build trust.

Some answer objections.

Some simply remind people that you're still here when they're finally ready.

When your messaging and your funnel work together, your audience doesn't feel like they're being sold to.

They feel like they've been guided to the right decision at the right time.

That's the difference between hoping people buy... and intentionally creating a journey that helps them get there.

Message me and let’s see if yours is doing its job too.

Summer 2024: squeezing a work call in while someone needed a snack, physically at the park but mentally still in my inbox, bedtime feeling like the finish line I'd been crawling toward since 7am.

Summer 2026: the kids have their days, I have mine. When I'm with them, I'm actually with them. When I'm working, the business runs without me having to hold it all together with my own two hands.

The difference isn't that I worked harder or got better at juggling.

The difference is I stopped being in two places at once.

I built a business that doesn't need me present for every single moving part. I turned my best work into systems that earn without me there. I architected my backend so my time finally belongs to me.

Summer 2026 isn't about having it all.

It's about being fully where you are, wherever you are.

That's what a properly built business gives you.

Your members didn't join your programme to get stuck on the tech.

But if you've ever run a live Q&A, you'll know how quickly questions like...

"How do I connect this?"

"Why isn't my automation working?"

"Which platform should I use?"
..can take over the room.

You're the expert in your field.

You shouldn't have to become the tech expert too.

That's where I come in.

I'm offering a FREE live Tech Clinic for memberships and group programmes. For FREE.

I'll join your community as a guest expert and answer your members' real questions about the tech that's keeping them stuck.

Whether it's funnels, Kajabi, email marketing, automations, lead magnets, launch tech or simply figuring out where to start, I'll explain it all in plain English, without the jargon and without making anyone feel silly for asking.

Your members leave with clarity.

You get to stay in your zone of genius.

Everybody wins.

If you'd love to bring a Tech Clinic into your membership or programme, send me a DM and let's make it happen.

And no... it wasn't hiring a VA.

When Laura came to me, she was already running a successful coaching business. She had incredible offers, amazing client results and a premium brand that reflected the quality of her work.

But every time a new client signed up, the admin kicked in.

She was manually sending contracts, digging out booking links, sharing resources, chasing assessment forms and making sure every client had everything they needed. None of it was difficult on its own, but together it created a never-ending to-do list that stole time away from the work she actually loved.

Her systems weren't bad, but she had outgrown them.

Laura had built a premium coaching experience, but her client journey behind the scenes didn't feel the same.

Imagine booking into a luxury spa. You arrive expecting to switch off, only to be handed a clipboard full of forms, told to download three different apps, check your emails for another link, and log into a portal you've never seen before... all before you've even had your ginger shot.

It completely changes the experience.

So instead of adding another tool or creating another workaround, we simplified everything.

We moved her entire business into one Kajabi ecosystem where everything happens automatically.

The moment someone joins, they receive a beautifully branded welcome email, their coaching portal is ready and waiting, their contract, assessment form, and booking link are all in one place, and Laura doesn't have to manually send a single thing.

Now, every client gets the same seamless, premium experience from the moment they say yes, and Laura gets hours back every single week to focus on what she's actually brilliant at.

Because the best automation isn't about replacing the human touch.

It's about removing everything that gets in the way of it.

Head to the link in my bio to read more on Laura’s story.

What I'm supporting my clients with this summer

Summer doesn't mean quiet for me, it just means different. Here's a peek at what's on my desk for August:

👉Holding the fort while clients switch off
A few of my clients are taking a well-earned 3-week break this summer, and I'm keeping their tech and community spaces running smoothly in their absence so they can properly switch off, knowing their members and clients are still being looked after.

👉A full move to Kajabi
Migrating a client's entire business over to Kajabi including 1:1 coaching, group programmes and digital courses, all brought together under one roof. It's a big shift, but the end result gives them one clean, professional home for everything they offer instead of juggling multiple platforms (pieces of paper!)

👉A brand new podcast, launching
Setting up a podcast from scratch for a client with big ambitions. From the tech setup to the workflow behind getting episodes out into the world, it's exciting to be building this with her from the ground up.

👉A second site for a new arm of the business
Building out a second Kajabi site for a client who's launching a whole new arm of their business. Keeping it distinct from their existing site while making sure the tech, branding and client journey all feel joined-up and intentional.

Busy summer, but the good kind. The kind where I get to help ambitious women build things that actually work behind the scenes, while they get to enjoy their downtime (or dive into the next big thing).

If any of this sounds like something you need support with send me a message, I'd love to help you make it happen.
