Please welcome our second support act for at the on the 18th May!

Formed in May 2024, Creeping Embers are an all q***r, trans and disabled fronted, genre hopping punk band from Brighton uk. Loud, Chaotic, and slightly unhinged, Creeping Embers combine Rumbling bass tones, erratic drum beats and biting vocals to create an experience you won’t forget! With grimly theatrical visuals and atmospheric stage performances, Creeping Embers twist the standard idea of a live music performance to create something that is sure to remain etched in your memory.

The band’s lyrics focus on a wide variety of topics such as social injustice, lgbtq+ rights, living with disabilities, getting a little bit too drunk and accidentally ending up on stage and more.

Let’s talk about this.

I was a trans kid before I was a trans adult.

I knew I was trans by the age of five years old. I had never heard of a transgender person and didn’t know what that meant, but I knew that I was not in the right body.

I stayed quiet to keep everyone else happy.

I didn’t speak about it because everyone around me had already decided for me that I was something that I was not. I tried for years to fit into a mould that was not the correct shape and did nothing but hurt me.

Trans kids exist and statements like this are only causing harm.

J.K Rowling is an IMMENSE bigot and it disappoints me seeing the amount of support she gets for her hatred, actively using the money from the Harry Potter series to reduce the rights and ruin the lives of trans people (a recent example would be the supreme court’s transphobic ruling last year).

Please stop supporting J.K. Rowling and Harry Potter.

Please stop using your privilege to excuse complicity.

Please welcome our third support act for Cheap Dirty Horse at Daltons Brighton on the 24th of April!

MOWFY is an alternative grunge band from Brighton whose music is a perfect mix of ripping bass riffs, intricate drum parts and powerhouse vocals. Drawing inspiration from artists like Gossip and Death From Above 1979, their sound is sure to grab audiences’ attention.

Since their debut gig in February 2023, the band have become well known in the alternative Brighton music scene, frequenting venues such as Green Door Stoor, Hope and Ruin and The Albert. They also played The Isle of Wight Festival in 2024 and Brighton’s Alternative Escape in 2025. They are currently working on two new singles due to be released Summer 2026 and will also be returning to the Alternative Escape for 2026.

State of Disrepair is an all-q***r melodic doom metal band influenced by the old masters like Electric Wizard, Sleep and Sabbath. Our take on the genre features groovy riffs and drums, shrieky vocals and a mythical, folkloric atmosphere.
