We would like to welcome our local community to join us, eat with us, share with us and bring a spark back into Hove Seafront. Head Chef Dan Stockland will be bringing the cafe back to basics with all our traditional seaside favourites. The bar is fully stocked and open from 10am and we are lucky enough to be serving our very local, and by far the best,coffees,teas,juices, drinks, ices and cafe classics throughout the day and into the evenings during summer

FRIDAY COCKTAIL CLUB: PALOMA (Recipe below!)

This beloved casual, every day drink in Mexico has a mysterious origin. The name could come from the Spanish word for "dove" or may be derived from pomelo, the Spanish word for grapefruit.

We created sample shots for our guests although it's traditionally a long cool drink!

2oz tequila (preferably blanco)
½ oz fresh lime juice
Pink Grapefruit juice mixed with soda water
Pinch of salt
Ice
Lime wedge for garnish

Instructions:
Fill a highball glass with ice.
Pour in tequila and fresh lime juice.
Add a pinch of salt.
Top with your homemade grapefruit soda and stir gently.
Garnish with a lime wedge and enjoy!
