Our beautiful 12ft white bouncy castle and balloon garland out for Greyson’s Wild One 🦖

Despite being unable to stick the families lovely birthday banner on the wall and trouble attaching the garland, we managed to make it work slightly different shaped to planned.

Today we worked alongside another soft play business to create this set up. Both companies communicating together to ensure we have similar images used for equipment 🫶 nothing better than when businesses work together 🤍

We've become aware of comments suggesting that our business copies others, and we feel it's important to address this.

Like many small businesses, we work incredibly hard behind the scenes to build something we're proud of. Every product, package and service we offer has been carefully considered, researched and developed to fit our vision and our customers' needs.

We understand that businesses within the same industry will naturally offer similar products and services. That's the nature of any competitive market. However, there is a huge difference between offering similar services and copying another business.

We have always focused on building our business our way. Our wedding package was created to help generate more midweek bookings and support our long-term goal of growing the business so Cam could leave his job and work full-time alongside me. Every decision we make is based on what's right for our business and our customers.

What disappoints us most is that we have always tried to support other local businesses. We've referred customers elsewhere when we couldn't accommodate bookings and have never felt the need to publicly criticise or undermine others.

We believe there is more than enough work for everyone. Small businesses should be lifting each other up, not tearing each other down.

To our customers, friends and supporters: thank you for continuing to support us, trust us and help us grow. We will remain focused on what matters most—providing great service, creating amazing experiences and continuing to build a business we're proud of.

We have had a huge number of enquiries and bookings coming through this week, with customers securing dates all the way up to 2028! 🎉

Firstly, thank you for every single enquiry and booking – we truly appreciate your support.

Just a gentle reminder that your date is **not secured until your deposit has been paid**.

Due to the volume of enquiries we are receiving, we are unable to provisionally hold dates. Dates remain available to other customers until the booking deposit has been received.

We are also finding that a number of invoices are being prepared and sent out, only for us to receive no further response. Whilst we completely understand that plans can change, creating quotes, contracts and invoices takes time, so we would greatly appreciate it if you could let us know if you no longer wish to proceed with a booking.

If you've received your booking information and would like to secure your date, please ensure your deposit is paid promptly to avoid disappointment.
