On the February 28th we are at the Grand opening/re-launch event, at KIPSIES , Wolverhampton (formerly the Dog and Doublet) (formerly Kips wine bar)

Menu:

The Classic

8hr slow roast Shropshire pork on the spit, paired up with homemade cider gravy, apple & nutmeg sauce with sage & onion stuffing served in a bap

The Tennessee:

Shropshire pork cooked for 8hrs and covered in a lime, chilli, honey smoky BBQ sauce and topped with crispy onions (this is a big hitter and pure filth) served in a bap

The owners have a great day planned, and have us booked THE TROFF, to help wash down some amazing beers, wines and cocktails.
