In just a few months, we’ll be swapping sunshine for steam, pyjamas, hot chocolate and cookies as THE POLAR EXPRESS™ Train Ride – Telford returns from Saturday 21 November right through to Wednesday 23 December. ✨

There’ll be festive music, interactive characters, a visit from Santa himself, and a magical journey to the North Pole aboard a real steam train.

It may feel far away, but Christmas magic will be here before you know it. ❤️

🚂🍪☕ Step aboard a real steam train and recreate the iconic 2004 movie.

One of the things that makes THE POLAR EXPRESS™ Train Ride – Telford so special is that the journey takes place on a real moving steam train, recreating the magic of the beloved 2004 film. The sound of the locomotive, the glow of the carriages and the excitement as you set off for the North Pole all help bring the story to life.

Most passengers even wear their pyjamas, just like in the movie — it’s all part of the fun.

Along the way you’ll meet the characters from the story, including the Conductor and the singing and dancing chefs, who move through the carriages bringing the adventure to life.

And while you travel, our chefs serve every passenger cookies and hot chocolate at their seat.

It’s cosy, festive and full of Christmas magic.

For THE POLAR EXPRESS™ Train Ride – 2026, 1 ticket = 1 passenger.

Tickets are sold in pairs only, so bookings must be made in even numbers — 2, 4, 6, 8 tickets and so on.

Example - for a party of 3 you would need to purchase FOUR tickets
For a party of 4 you would need to purchase FOUR tickets
for a party of 5 you would need to purchase SIX tickets
