✨️🎶 The connection between a brother and a sister, held in music 🎶 ✨️

✨️ Today I’ve been reflecting on the tribute the family created — a song written and performed by her brother, woven together with photos from across her life ✨️

✨️ His family made it easy to understand who he was and it was such a privilege to be able to lead the service ✨️

🤍 Shaped together with care, no time limits and a small committal that was so personal and deeply powerful 🤍

🤍 A woman who loved fiercely, lived fully and gathered people around her - today has been such a privilege 🤍

✨️ A chapel full of people, in person and online, remembering the years filled with laughter, sparkle and warmth ✨️

🤍 Today I honoured someone who lived with a spark that never dimmed, who found joy in the small things and shared it without even trying 🤍

✨️ A reminder that the way we make people feel, welcome, seen, included — is its own kind of legacy ✨️
And those are the stories that stay with us 🤍

✨️ A Day in the Life of a Celebrant and a truly authentic service today with the language that was used!
The first time I've had to give a warning during the introduction! 🤭
🩷 A wonderful man taken far too young and it was so wonderful to see the number of people that were in attendance to pay their respects 🩷
✨️ It was an absolute privilege to tell his story and to support the family✨️

My first service in North Yorkshire since moving from Essex and what a beautiful service it was 🩷

🩷 Although far too young and some challenges along the way, it was wonderful to celebrate the joy this young man brought into the lives of so many 🩷

The most gorgeous family who made me so welcome 🩷
Feeling so privileged to once again be supporting families 🩷
