What planning looks like

17/02/2026

What working from home looks like. Planning a wedding means lots and lots of, meeting, phone calls and message. Which means lots and lots of paper work with lots of notes. These notes are each and every couples dream for there wedding.

Each couple is unique and each wedding is different. Being apart of someone's special day is a privilege I never take for granted. To the last minute wedding or Planning from the beginning I am always thankful to have been picked to take part. Xx

Having trouble getting people to RSVP heres a nice friendly message to remind them.

[Name] 😊

We hope you’re doing well! We’re just finalising numbers with the venue and noticed we haven’t received your RSVP yet.

We’d absolutely love to celebrate with you if you’re able to make it — but we completely understand if you can’t.

Would you mind letting us know either way by [date]? It would really help us with seating and catering plans.

Thank you so much and hope to see you there 🤍

Planning your wedding but feeling like you’re juggling a hundred things at once?

This is where I come in 🤍

I’m a wedding coordinator who goes far beyond just “showing up on the day”. I support my couples behind the scenes, keep everything organised, handle suppliers, solve problems before they happen, and make sure you actually get to enjoy your wedding.

If you’re the kind of couple who wants:
• Someone calm and organised in your corner
• A stress-free wedding morning
• A day that runs smoothly without you managing it
• To actually enjoy your engagement

Then we should talk.

I’m currently booking 2026/2027 weddings and offering free, no-pressure discovery calls for couples who want to see how I can support them.

Message me the word **WEDDING** or click through to my page to book a chat 🤍

“I only take a limited number of weddings each month so my couples get my full attention.”
