Hi everyone !!

Sorry I haven't been very active, but it's been a super busy season and I have been preoccupied growing another small human as well 🥰

I did my last job this weekend, a Grazing Table for the Trearddur Bay Lifeboat Station Christmas party 🎄 .. which my partner has been a volunteer at for over 10 years !

I will now be taking some time off to enjoy our second baby, due in January.

I will be looking at taking some bookings from August 2025 .

Lobster Risotto for dinner 🦞🦞👩🏻‍🍳

One of the many perks of my job .... leftovers ! and this weekend it was lobster !! So I whipped up a simple risotto with some rocket from the garden ... accompanied by a bottle of wine kindly gifted by a customer (who insists on giving me a bottle of wine EVERY time I deliver them a seafood platter .. would be rude to say no right 🤷🏻‍♀️)

It's a tough job ... but someone has to do it 😊👩🏻‍🍳

Happy summer holidays everyone and I hope anyone who received a delivery from me enjoyed it !
