To secure your booking we require £25 deposit, which secures the date you would like your party and covers any potential accidental damage to the teepee hire during your party.
Full payment for all teepees hired is due on the day of set up.
The deposit is be refunded the day of collection.
Cancelations.
If your party needs to be cancelled due to an illness or family emergency, we will do our best to reschedule your party to a new date and time as close to your original date as possible. Your deposit will be applied to your new party. It is your responsibility to make your guests aware of the party date change and/or cancellation. Cancellations can be made 14 days prior to the scheduled party date. The £25 deposit is non-refundable, to parties booked and not hired due to circumstances that are not the fault of Bee Dreamee.
Bee Dreamee Disclaimer.
Insurance is your responsibility during the rental period. Bee Dreamee is not liable for any accidents that occur during said rental period. You accept all liability when renting from Bee Dreamee. You are responsible for the security of the equipment at all times during the rental period. Additionally, we will not be liable for claims for personal injury while using our equipment. The items are made for children and customers have a duty of care to supervise.
Any lost, broken, damaged or destroyed equipment will be charged to you at full replacement value. The £25 depositwill be held to cover any potential damage or additional cleaning. It will be returned in part/full dependent on a check of all equipment at collection.
We ask pets are kept away from the teepees, shoes are not to be worn on the mattresses and items that will cause stains are strictly prohibited. We ask the air beds are kept away from radiators, or radiators are turned off. Please ensure Teepees are kept in a smoke free area.
Bee Dreamee is not responsible for any allergic reactions from our equipment or treats, it is the host(ess) responsibility to investigate the allergies of the guests attending. All washable items are washed using original Ariel 3in1 pods.
With your permission, photos are taken of the teepees set up and ready for your party, for use on our social media.
