Today we had the opportunity to visit Great Ormond Street Hospital Childrens Charity, along with a group of other fundraisers. We went with the community team and heard from Ambassador, Clive, whose daughters life was saved at the hospital. We then had a tour and learned more about the history of the hospital. The tour included seeing the brand new £300 million children's cancer centre being built, the research centre and areas inside the hospital itself.

An incredible session and we saw first hand just how the fundraising money is spent. At the end of the tour, we had a cheque presentation with our community contact Katie.

A very inspiring afternoon!

The eagle-eyed amongst you will notice a few items missing. Some prizes we had displayed during the match will now be used for a future fundraiser.

We have received an incredibly generous offer to buy the shirt, so generous we couldn't not think about it. We have taken the decision to remove it from the raffle. We do appreciate this will disappoint some of you, but it is a large amount of money for the charity. If anyone would still like the option of having the shirt, we will switch this to an auction. If no other interest, it will go to our current interested party. Please comment below 'auction' if you want to be part of that, this option will be open until 8am tomorrow (26/05).

We will work through the list line by line and I'm happy to video the draw if wanted.

Today is the day of the second annual All for Jo Charity Football Match, as we come together to remember Joanne Hayes and raise vital funds for Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity.
