Great to see such strong energy at EACR in beautiful Budapest this year!

Our client’s presence stood out on a busy congress floor, combining science with an experience built to drive engagement.

✅ 500+ meaningful attendee engagements on the booth
✅ A high-energy, interactive environment that kept conversations flowing
✅ The booth was co-created with our client to attract, engage, and allow for meaningful conversations
✅ Every element was designed with the attendee in mind

Being on-site allowed the TTA team to support those interactions in real time. This is a strong example of what happens when strategy, creativity and collaboration come together with purpose. Fantastic teamwork by Sophie Bridge and Holly Pritchard!

We are continuing to prioritise Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) across TTA. A recent training session with Worlds Better brought real insight and energy, reinforcing the role we all play in creating an inclusive workplace.

What made it particularly impactful was how practical it felt, helping us continue to embed DEI into workplace culture and across our live and virtual events. The session explored:

✅ Revisiting DEI fundamentals
✅ Unconscious bias
✅ Accessibility and inclusive event design
✅ Using real‑world examples and clear actions we can apply in our jobs
✅ As a team, we are on a learning journey, and we’re committed to growing together in how we understand and champion Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion

A huge thank you to Ariela Schnitman and the team at Worlds Better, Christianne Beck and Eve Morrison, for an inspiring, thought‑provoking and solutions-focused session.

May is National Walking Month!

A UK‑wide campaign led by Living Streets, encouraging people to build more walking into everyday life, for physical health, mental wellbeing, and connection with others.

In a world of back‑to‑back meetings and a lot of screen time, walking is one of the simplest ways to reset. It doesn’t have to mean long hikes or big lifestyle changes. Small steps really do add up.

A few simple ways to get started:
- If appropriate, try walking meetings for informal catch‑ups or one‑to‑one check‑ins - great for fresh thinking
- Build in short walking breaks between meetings (even 10–25 minutes can make a difference)
- If you’re on a call and it is feasible, try walking while you chat
- Make time to get outside at lunchtime to re‑energise and reconnect with nature and your surroundings

Stress Awareness Month

This Stress Awareness Month, we’re inspired by hashtag , a powerful call to move from awareness into action, shared by: stress.org.uk/

Here are a few simple ways to reduce stress and build resilience at work and beyond:
💫 Create 3 wellbeing micro‑habits - small actions, done consistently, can make a big difference, such as:
- Regular 5‑minute movement breaks
- Short reflection moments
- Breathwork and mindfulness moments when we come back to the present moment. Bring mindful awareness into meetings, transitions, or breaks, noticing thoughts and reactions can change how we respond to pressure
💫The importance of Connection:
- A genuine check‑in, with a supportive conversation or helping a colleague, can significantly reduce stress and build a sense of community
💫 Take time to reflect and re-focus
- What can I influence today?
- What support do I need right now?
- What have I achieved today?
- Acknowledge and celebrate the small wins!

Huge thanks to Stress Management Society for their continued insights, inspiration, and free resources. www.stress.org.uk/
