SIMMER LOCK-DOWN FESTIVAL
Sat 18th & Sun 19th July 2020

The Live Stream will commence on both days from 2pm GMT. On Saturday we will finish at around 8pm and on Sunday at around 10pm. To access the live streams please note the following:

The stream will be broadcast on both days via the Simmer Down Festival page and the Simmer Down Festival YouTube page via the player embedded on our website. Simply join us at 2pm to watch along. Simply click on the links below:

The live stream content consists of pre-recorded artists performances, which were filmed either from their homes or studios, so proper social distancing is observed. You’ll see live DJ sets, SDF archive footage, live dance interactions, premiers of new music videos and more – all broadcast live.

Your compere hosts over the weekend are Alex Williams and Lynette Walters. They will introduce the artists and guide you through the day, speaking with artists, viewers and running competitions etc.

You will be able to comment along on the stream in the live chat via Facebook and Youtube. Tell us what you’re enjoying, say hi to friends and send messages of support to artists and your favourite Simmer Down moments.

Or join us on Twitter and Instagram where we’ll be posting throughout the day.

The stream will stay live on our YouTube channel for one week after the event, so you can watch back on demand.

Please be patient with any technical hiccups – we’ll do our best to fix them quickly when they inevitably occur!

If the worst happens and the stream goes down, we’ll announce on our social media and the Simmer Down Festival webpage what to do.
