You all know how much I love to cook (and eat), but when I was commuting, working crazy hours in London, I just didn’t have the energy to create a great meal when I got home late.
I always wished there was something in between a takeaway and a supermarket ready meal – something that felt more satisfying, more generous and made with really good ingredients.
Over the years we've heard the same thing from so many of our customers. It's not that people can't cook or don't want to cook from scratch, it's simply that life gets busy.
We've spent the last few weeks developing Sadie's Midweek Suppers.
We want to make it easy for you. We want it to be as good as if you had cooked from scratch all day. It will be, because we will have done it for you.
Freshly prepared dishes, designed to make midweek evenings easier, without compromising on quality.
We will be starting small, but who knows where this will lead…
We will be cooking in small batches, with fresh ingredients, the best we can find.
The menus will change regularly so we can celebrate the seasons, introduce new dishes and, over time, cater for as many dietary requirements as possible.
We really hope you will love what we are creating.
Our very first Midweek Suppers menu will be released next Wednesday 10th June for collections on the 17th and 18th June. We can't wait to share it with you.
We will be keeping it simple to start with, there will be limited numbers available, but we really hope you enjoy what we create for you.
