Switch Live supported Havas Media Group on one of the key moments in their calendar - the Lynx Impact Awards hosted at the incredible Freight Island!

Video management and switching, dedicated PowerPoint laptops, video playback and wireless comms were deployed to create a reliable backbone for the entire run of show. Three comfort monitors with an integrated stage timer kept presenters perfectly aligned to the running order.

Alongside the AV Equipment, we delivered full show calling, cueing every transition and coordinating all technical departments to ensure the event flowed seamlessly from start to finish.

What began as a deck of slides and video assets evolved into a dynamic event with a huge punch. Sharp transitions, precise cueing and a unified technical team brought energy and pace to the show, helping every moment land exactly as intended.

We’re proud of our partnership with Havas Lynx and cant wait to do it all over again soon! A huge thank you to the Havas Lynx team for having us.

There are two sides to what we do at Switch Live.

1. There’s everything you and your audience see - the screens and content, the stage and backdrop, the lighting that shifts with the narrative, and the audio mixed so it feels effortless in every corner of the room. These elements shape the atmosphere and bring an event to life.

2. And then there’s everything you don’t see - the technicians, producers, local crew, drivers and warehouse teams meticulously prepping every detail before it leaves the building, and the vision mixers, audio desks, routing, playback and control systems. These elements quietly hold it all together.

We all talk a lot about how content is delivered — and this is a perfect example of why it matters.

Last week, we supported an intimate corporate talk in a private members club, where around 50 guests listened to a conversation between two industry leaders.

Switch Live provided full audio reinforcement and managed a three-camera setup to capture the discussion.

We also installed discreet ambient microphones to capture the audience. It’s something that’s often overlooked — but it makes a huge difference. That subtle texture, the occasional laugh, the feeling of being in the room — it’s what gives a recording lasting impact.

The content may be king. But the way it’s captured and shared is what makes it memorable.

Switch Live partnered with our sister company, Spiritland Productions, on a truly special night at the London Palladium.

An Evening With Elton John and Brandi Carlile was a one-off concert special — featuring performances from their collaborative album Who Believes in Angels?, which went straight to number one on release, alongside an intimate on-stage conversation hosted by Dan Levy.

While Spiritland Productions led on audio, cameras and broadcast, Switch Live delivered the in-venue screen experience — sharing exclusive behind-the-scenes content with the live audience as the night unfolded.

We’re proud to have played a part in bringing such a unique story to life.
