🚨 PLEASE READ 🚨

Had this lovely person message us about a personalised balloon this week, we replied and then due to setups hadn’t replied until she messaged today.

The balloon was to be ready today, as you see we apologised for the delayed replies and said no issue we can get it ready for this evening - this doesn’t suit the customer and once again we apologised.

She has replied saying she shall be leaving a negative review - quite frankly I’m not having this, we have offered to help.

We do NOT go online at the end of the week as much due to prioritising all setups including weddings taking precedence.

It’s time local businesses stood up to trolls, leave a negative review all you like, mistakes happen, although this wasn’t actually a mistake!

We are very happy with our service, 15 years later.
