Looking for a different way to celebrate Mothers Day? Then we can help!
Whether it’s a special birthday, anniversary, baby shower, hen party, retirement, girly gathering, or just a special treat, we have a selection of Vintage china that can be hired and put the finishing touches to your Vintage Afternoon Tea ~ perfect for adding charm and elegance to your special event or small soirée.
All you need to do is add the food!
Package 1 ~ x10 people (£40) will include:
* x10 trios (teacup, saucer, side plate)
* x10 teaspoon, cake fork, knife
* x2 teapots and milk jug
* x1 sugar bowl and tongs (you will need to supply sugar cubes)
* x2 cake stand and cake/sandwich plate
* x1 cake slice
Package 2 ~ x5 people (£20) as above, but supplied with x1 teapot and x1 cake stand and cake/sandwich plate.
Package 3 ~ x20 people (£80) as Package 1, but will include x4 teapots, x2 sugar bowls, x4 cake stands, cake/sandwich plates.
All packages can be supplied with Tablecloth, napkins (with napkin rings) and bunting, for an additional £5.

It’s your soirée and we want you to enjoy it. Ethel & Ernie don’t want you to be concerned with the washing up!, so the price of hand washing items is included in the hire price. All we ask is that you carefully remove any traces of food and drink from the china and simply re-pack items in the boxes supplied. We can then clean and check each piece knowing it will be perfectly ready for the next customer!
We will always aim to supply matching trios (teacups, saucer, side plate) where possible, but due to the vintage nature, we cannot guarantee all place settings will be the same colour, style etc ~ the beauty of vintage is its mis-matched, hotch potch style! All pieces, however will be supplied in good condition (no chips, cracks etc).
A non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. A Damage Deposit is also taken (just in case you have a smashing time!)
