The fabulous Theatre of Widdershins returns to our Hall with their amazing ‘The Elves & The Shoemaker’ show 🥳

Elvis Schumacher, cobbler & craftsman, has worked all his life creating the most beautiful footwear.
But now he’s hit hard times…. Everyone’s buying boring shoes from the evil businessman, Bunyan Sole-less.
Time is running out for Elvis.
With one piece of leather left & Bunyan’s factory growing, can anyone help him?

Ah, new shoes..... Delightful on the feet.
Soft, dancing shoes; swarthy pirate shoes; silver buckle & silken souls.
No one makes shoes like an elf.

This well known & well loved tale - made popular by the Ladybird Classic - has been re-heeled by Theatre of Widdershins in their own inimitable style.

Beautifully crafted set & magical puppets, sublime music, a kaleidoscope of miniature shoes & a comic mouse make this show a magical must-see.

This show is suitable for ages 3yrs & above.

Places are limited so it is first come, first served basis.

Since we re-opened our Hall 3 years ago, our aim has been to offer an affordable & accessible space for the local community to be able to hire & benefit from 😊

We also take pride in our collaborations with local small businesses so I thought I would give them a shout out today as these guys are who we recommend to our hirers when they use our Hall for parties:

A.T Amusements - for bouncy castles, soft play & more
Clickity-Clack Parties - for party entertainment & face paint etc
Mascot for Hire - for character visits & party entertainment
Ri-Ri's Family Cafe - for party platters & cakes
Anna's Flowers - for balloons & table decorations

If you would like a bar at your event there is:
Tipsy Duck Cocktails
Gin Box

Finally if you would like external caterers there is:
Horsebox Coffee Shop - hot & cold drinks, cakes & cookies
Mr Ice Cream man - warm desserts as well as ice creams & lollies

Not long to wait til our friends at Pecoro on the road return with their fortnightly visit & amazing pizzas🍕

This is the final pop up until the 10th September so don’t miss out 👍

Pecoro on the road will be parked up & will be ready to serve you from 5pm.

They will stay until around 8pm.

Why not come along & join us for this fun-filled evening run by The Creative Canvas.

Just look at the beautiful tulips you will paint….each artist can choose their colour scheme on the night 🌷

You will create your masterpiece under the expert guidance of a local artist & will then be able to take this home to display in all its glory!

All art supplies/materials will be provided & you will receive a complimentary glass of bubbles on arrival.

£40pp

Soft drinks, hot drinks & nibbles will be on sale.

We will be holding a raffle & will have a fun game of ‘heads or tails’.
