Today I just have to share a little love đź’• A huge thank you to Jodie & Nick for letting me be part of your beautiful day.

From the very first chat, I knew your ceremony was going to be something special – full of warmth and laughter. Hearing afterwards how perfectly it reflected your story, how your guests were moved and how many said “it was perfect” honestly makes my heart so full.

Such a funny moment during the ceremony here at the charming

I think (by the reaction of the couple, friends and fam) it kinda made the ceremony. Admittedly, it loses a bit of humour when you try and explain it! But hopefully you’ll catch my drift! Regardless, everyone was falling about and Charlotte & David were cracking up and said unequivocally it made the ceremony! That’s good enough for me!

Charles & Tish did it! And it was bloody marvellous 🤩 Such a cool location; if you’ve never had the pleasure of visiting the DO IT! It’s such an incredible place. You feel like you’re in a different part of the world at every twist and turn. One minute you’re in southern Italy, next minute - tropical rainforest.

Huge thank you to Sada and her team; everyone has been so warm and welcoming.

As a celebrant, once the script is ready, the next step is rehearsing it – making sure it flows naturally, feels authentic, and brings your story to life. It takes time, but every moment is worth it on the day itself.

Rehearsals let me ensure the storytelling works, the ceremony feels truly alive, and your celebration becomes something memorable and meaningful.

Today, I just want to pause and thank every couple and family who’s trusted me to be part of their special moments, from joyous celebrations to times of sorrow. Being invited into your lives is an honour I treasure.

Everything is about timing and after 24 years you don’t just throw together any ol’ Wedding

When Jodie and Nick bought this incredible place they both agreed it would be a a great venue for a wedding - if they ever decided to get married! They invested their heart and soul into the development, just like their relationship. Fast forward to Saturday they did it!

We kicked off the celebrations with a ceremony that encapsulated everything that is electric about their dynamic; cool, calm, compassionate, considered, candid even comical at times. In fact, everything about the day was beautifully curated; nothing flashy just full of heart; laid back countryside chic in the autumn sunshine! Congratulations 🥂

Today, just for fun, I wanted to share this brilliant idea I spotted on TikTok via … instead of traditional flower girls, the couple asked their grannies to take on the role – and it was simply adorable! 🌸

It’s such a joyful reminder that weddings are about love, laughter, and making memories in your own unique way.

One of the little touches I love to do after a wedding is to gift my couples a souvenir script of their ceremony. 💌✨

It’s more than just words on a page – it’s their love story, their promises, and the hopes they’ve shared for the future, all beautifully put together to be kept forever.

I like to think of it as a keepsake that can be pulled out on a big anniversary, or even one day shared with children, reminding them of the moment their family story began.

It’s such a joy for me to create these and send them off after the celebrations are over – a small gesture that I hope becomes a treasured part of their journey together. 💕

The past few weeks have been filled with the joy of several beautiful weddings. Each one has been unique, but what they all have in common is the way love gathers people together. Standing beside a couple as they make their promises, surrounded by family and friends, brings into sharp focus what truly matters.

It isn’t the little details we so often worry about, it’s love, connection and being present for each other. 💕

So today, I want to offer a gentle reminder: slow down, hold space for the people you love, and cherish the ones who love you right back. These are the moments that become our most treasured memories.
