Whether a small virtual meeting, team building activity, company conference, national road show or international incentive we can help. Our service is flexible and based on your specific requirements. We offer a mix of services which includes sourcing the right venue, co-ordinating and facilitating your entire event and we also offer a bespoke online registration service. We are totally independent and work entirely for our clients, finding the ideal venue without any surcharges or agency fees. You tell us what you need and our team will make it happen, making sure that everything runs smoothly and everyone enjoys the event, including the organisers. Finding the right venue and organising corporate events can be challenging and time consuming we offer ‘The Perfect Mix’ to make life a little easier.

About last night.. big thank you to the lovely Natalie Mullins and Jazz Rakkar for a wonderful evening at the iconic Jo Malone London townhouse to celebrate the launch of the festive Tartan Tales Campaign. 🏰🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🥃🌿🎄

Layla, Daisy and Anna from the Mabrouka Events team all enjoyed exquisite seasonal canapés and cocktails 🍹🍸curated by caterers The Admiral Crichton and took home beautifully personalised home candle keepsakes 🕯️✍️courtesy of The Modern Calligraphy Co.

We also explored a curated selection of gifting ideas designed to delight both corporate and private clients, reward teams, or simply indulge, just because… 🛍️🎁

It was such a wonderful evening and so lucky to be invited - thank you! 😘

Not every day you get an exciting text message from an A List celebrity asking you to help them organise their 50th birthday lunch in less than 6 x days!!!! ⏳Eeek!

On the August bank holiday weekend I received an early morning wake up text on the Sunday from the award winning British actress Naomie Harris OBE! 🏅

As you can imagine I jumped out of bed 🛌💨and arranged to have a phone call later that day to take a detailed brief. 📲✍️

I then reached out to 5 x luxury central London venues that I knew would be perfect 🤩👌 (had to be walking distance to the Crystal maze experience which was booked by client for late am!). The venues included:

- 5* Mandarin Oriental London which the client requested 🏨
- 5* Rocco Forte Hotels Brown’s Hotel - thank you Charla Forinton for the quick intro to the team 😍
- 5* Cafè Royal Hotel 🏨and
- Tattu London near Tottenham Court Road 🐍🥢🥠
- Plus their Sister restaurant; the newly opened Fenix London in Mayfair 🇬🇷

The Fenix Mayfair was ideal as they could offer:

- private dining 🍽️ plus a personalised menu for her 20 x special guests
- a gorgeous sharing style menu which meant that a preorder was not necessary 🤗- this was ideal with less than a week to arrange and communicate the details to Naomie’s special guests.

Naomie was in full agreement and so we confirmed Fenix on the Tuesday! ✅

Naomie was super busy filming 🎬📽️her new BBC legal drama ‘Reputation’ so I liaised with her best friends to make the event happen and visited the restaurant to do a recce on the Wednesday.

I also took photos 📷 for Naomie and we even FaceTimed to ensure the venue was perfect! It was stunning in every way!!!

Big thank you to our amazing partners, Wyld&Creative for helping me arrange the balloons 🎈🎈🎈🎈(whilst they were on holiday!!) to match the decor and 2 x v special photo montage’s of Naomie’s friends and family to celebrate her life! 🎞️📸 - photos supplied by Naomie’s amazing Mum, a former scriptwriter for BBC EastEnders!

We also booked the amazing Emily Halil a psychic, tarot intuitive and meditation teacher to attend the event and do readings for all the guests. With residencies at Dior and Harrods, Emily is renowned for her work in sound healing and intuitive practice. Super special 🔮✨🎴

We also explored a birthday cake 🍫🎂 and gifting for the guests plus we sent a personalised Jo Malone London candle to the venue as a gift from the Mabrouka team! 🎁🕯️

The event was a huuuuge success and we are super proud to have played a part in Naomie’s fabulous 50th birthday party! Icing on the cake was this wonderful message from our client:

‘Ah!!! It was an absolutely PERFECT day!! The venue was just right, the food delicious and the service impeccable! Thank you sooooo much for making it all possible!! 🙏🏾🙏🏾’

Sooo lovely to catch up with the beautiful Priya Thiara from Arora Hotels at our local coffee shop near the Mabrouka Events office this morning.

We enjoyed a matcha & cake 🍵🍰as we browsed exciting ‘artist impressions’ of the new Luton Hoo Hotel & Spa 🏨which is currently undergoing an extensive programme of refurbishment and renewal to ensure this iconic property continues to enchant guests for generations to come.

We also learnt that there is a new Sofitel Dublin Airport hotel ✈️🇮🇪opening next year and helped introduce Priya to Nicola Chater who organises an annual Meet in Ireland event in November which will be the ideal place to introduce this new hotel to fellow agents and Irish suppliers.

Big thank you to Gabrielle Loveday from Monty's Marlow for the show round and cocktails 🍸🍸🍸on Friday night.

We’ve been meaning to check this venue out for a while and it did not disappoint - such a super cool cocktail bar🍹, restaurant 🍽️and nightclub 🕺💃🏾located on Oxford Road just off West Street and benefiting from 2 bars and a gorgeous outdoor heated terrace area.

The venue is available for semi private hire and exclusive use plus the menu looks amazing and the cocktails were superb 👌🥰- we can’t wait to go back to experience their famous Sunday roast in the Autumn!

Christmas🎄at Monty's looks really exciting too with an apres ski 🎿🚡🚠⛷️🌌🪩themed terrace and we’ve just given them a new enquiry for 40 x clients for a Friday in December.

This week Sharon and Layla (sorry Jo it was after you left the office!) have enjoyed a refreshing ice cream 2 days on the trot! 😂
