They did a fantastic job and enjoyed getting their 1st look photos done with their mummy and daddy 🐾 ❤️

Indy was very handsome in his something blue tux and Cali a gorgeous flower girl 💕 They enjoyed greeting the guests and getting puppuccinos from their favourite coffee stand

Poisonous Parsnips found Ballyholme Beach

The Council would like to advise the public that Hemlock Water Dropwort, also known as "Poisonous Parsnip" has been confirmed washed up on our coastline at Ballyholme Beach.

We are aware of the recent death of a dog after ingesting an unknown toxin at Ballyholme. This has NOT been confirmed as being the result of Hemlock Water Dropwort/Poisonous Parsnip, and we would like to pass our condolences to Betsy's owner.

As there are some naturally occurring algae, as well as seaweeds that regularly wash up on our beaches, that can be toxic to dogs so we would advise all owners to take care when walking their dogs.

We encourage the public to be vigilant when walking on our beaches, particularly with young children and dogs. Please keep a watchful eye, making sure they don't eat anything they shouldn't.

If you think your dog may have ingested “poisonous parsnip” it is advised to seek veterinary advice as soon as possible.

Our Story

**Discount for households with multiple dogs.** Hello, let me introduce myself, my name is Lisa and I have two fur babies Bane (Bernese Mountain Dog) and Lucia (Collie). My passion has always been working with animals and being outside. I centered my education around animals completing Animal Management and Animal Behaviour and Welfare courses.

I have worked along side the Dog Wardens, a Wildlife Rescue Centre in Indonesia and Assisi Animal Sanctuary. Through this I have gained invaluable experience dealing with every kind of situation you could think of. Animals in poor health, scared, confused, either surrendered or from the pound and it was my job to help them through it with training and rehabilitation.

Working with animals is a way of life not a job, so Misa’s Pals Pet Services was born...

Our Services Include: Dog Walking: Walks can be as long or short as you desire, they can be single or group walks depending on your pets needs. Group walks can be good for socialization with other dogs. We always incorporate mental and physical stimulation in our walks as it's important to exercise a dog's mind and body daily.
