Only in the UK could you have 4 seasons in one day!
On Saturday I was photographing the incredible wedding of Caitlin & Angus at Hedsor House. After some torrential rain during the day the clouds cleared and the warm evening sun came out and I captured this frame during the golden hour.

Always nice to get your work recognised in competitions and particularly lovely when it’s both your wedding work and underwater natural world images.
Here is last months credited images from the BIPP monthly awards. The groom is from a gorgeous Cliveden wedding and the Underwater images are from my trip to the Red Sea at the end of June 2 days after the groom image was captured!
The blue bellied blenny face featured in the second image was just 2-3mm across so photographed using extreme macro close up with a 100mm macro lens and Nauticam underwater housing.

The grandeur of Cliveden, that incredible dress from designer Nicole And Felicia Chang from legendary Kleinfeld Bridal kleinfeldbridal in NYC and a wonderfully relaxed Georgina & Kerem made this such a pleasure to photograph.

I’m over the moon to have an 8 double page spread article written about my underwater photography projects published in the latest edition of the printed magazine for the British Institute of Professional Photographers (BIPP). Whilst I’ve been honoured to have my wedding work featured many times in print it’s lovely to have my Underwater Work featured.
There are so many incredible underwater photographers that give me inspiration for my compositions and just to name a handful I’ve been fortunate to dive with and observe Alex Mustard David Doubilet Kirsty Andrews Catherine Holmes Mehmet Gungen Jenny Stock Nick More Mark Green and of course the man that started it for me the late and wonderful@edge5017

I just have the loveliest wedding couples I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again.
Feedback like this keeps me motivated to push my creativity every single week even after 18 years of shooting weddings professionally.
We had very difficult wedding conditions all day and there was lots of on the day location for photographs challenges but despite the rain the photographs remain a beautiful record of a really great wedding at Phyllis Court Club

Looking forward to returning to the beautiful Hedsor House HEDSOR HOUSE - Tatler & Vogue’s Dream Venue this evening for their Wedding Open Evening.

If you’re recently engaged and considering Hedsor for your wedding, I’d love to meet you. I’ll be in the Drawing Room by the fireplace from 5:30pm until 9:00pm, chatting all things wedding photography and showing examples of how I capture the story of a Hedsor wedding naturally, elegantly and without taking you away from your guests for hours.

Having photographed many weddings at this incredible venue over the years, I know just how magical it is—from the sweeping driveway and grand staircase to the stunning gardens and golden evening light.
