At Ember’s Fire Festival we were lucky enough to spend the weekend with some truly brilliant people — sharing beer, barbecue, stories, and plenty of laughs.

We have to give a huge shoutout to Taste Tradition for the incredible produce they supplied us with at Ember’s Fire Festival earlier this month.

The beef picanha was unbelievable.
The new season lamb was sensational.
The chickens were packed with flavour.
And the aged beef fat… next level.

Honestly, some of the best quality produce we’ve worked with in a long time.

Working with ingredients like this makes our job a pleasure — real quality, real care, and full of flavour.
