We did it all with this one!

🍷 Promoted a beautiful Malbec & Chardonnay
💰 Raised some money for charity
🔥 Cooked an absolute feast for 25 hungry anglers
🎣 And somehow managed to cast a few lines ourselves!

Good food, great wine, live fire and a day on the bank with some brilliant people… what more could you want?

Now we’re just waiting for that rod to bend…

🔥 WHAT A VENUE. WHAT A FEAST. 🔥

We had the pleasure of being invited down by Ben and Adam to assist with a beautiful wedding feast at The Walled Garden, Cobham — and what a day it was!

The venue is absolutely gorgeous, the setting was incredible and every member of the team was an absolute legend. 🙌

On the menu…

🔥 Beautiful seasonal salads, sauces and all the trimmings

🔥 WHAT A SUMMER… 🔥

Looking back at our time with the Fletchers this summer still feels a little surreal.

It all started with one email.

Then came one video call.

And just two weeks later, we were there — fires lit, food cooking and delivering something genuinely magical together. 🔥

From the initial conversations and planning, to the prep, the build, the fire and finally seeing everyone come together around the food… it was one of those experiences that reminds us exactly why we started Reclaimed Fire.

Sometimes the best opportunities come together quickly. You trust your experience, back your team, get stuck in and make it happen.

Here’s a little snapshot of those crazy two weeks! 🥳🔥

4 MAJOR EVENTS. 4 WEEKS. 2 PEOPLE BEHIND THE BUSINESS. 🔥

I don’t think we’ve actually stopped long enough to realise what we’ve just done.

Reclaimed Fire is owned and run by me and Davey.

There’s no head office behind us.
No sales department.
No procurement team.
No event managers.
No marketing department.

It’s us.

And over the last four weeks, our little family business has delivered four major events — the kind of workload, logistics and turnaround that would challenge some of the biggest corporate catering companies in the country.

And I’m bloody proud of that.

But there’s something really important we want to say…

We may own Reclaimed Fire, but there is absolutely NO WAY the two of us achieved this alone.

Our staff have been incredible.

Not just people who turn up for a shift.

People who stay late. Jump in. Solve problems. Carry things they probably shouldn’t have agreed to carry 😂. Work ridiculous hours. Care about the food. Care about the guests. And care about Reclaimed Fire as though a little bit of it belongs to them too.

That is priceless.

And our family. ❤️ While people see us travelling around the country cooking at these incredible events, there are people at home making sure our three girls are happy, fed, collected, entertained and loved.

They deal with our disappearing acts, the late-night calls, the last-minute changes and the inevitable “we’re going to be later than we thought…” message.

They make this possible.

And then there are the businesses behind the scenes.

The farmers. Producers. Suppliers. Venues. Hire companies. Wholesalers. Brands. Other independents.

The people who answer the phone when we say:

“Slightly random question… can you get us this by tomorrow?” 😂

A very rare morning of just us.

Robes, bubbles, sauna, ridiculously good food and absolutely nowhere we needed to be for a few hours.

We’re both terrible at stopping, so this was very much needed.

Back to reality now 🔥😂

We were called upon to support the Pit Kitchen Cotswolds with equipment, labour and event expertise — and we’re delighted to be working alongside their team on something of this scale.

This is the biggest display of Reclaimed Fire equipment we’ve ever delivered and we cannot wait to see it all fired up!

Big fire. Big numbers. Serious theatre.
