The kids are going to their dads today and I can not wait 😂 Half term is making me grateful I got medicated before it 🤪

Faves from July 📸

July was abit all over for me, both personally and as a business owner. I suffered with my mental health badly and because of this so did my business.

However, fast forward a few weeks and my new medication seems to be doing the job and in turn I’m back creating masterpieces.

I would literally hate for anyone to be in the mental space I was in, so please reach out if you need anything. I know I hate to talk when I’m in that space but there are other things that can help lighten the load so if anyone is struggling please reach out to me.

Let’s all look out for each other because we can all put on a brave face when in reality our whole world is upside down and we are really struggling. This is why it’s always important to be kind aswell ###
