A Beautiful Farewell 🕊️

Today we had the honour of providing a dove release for a family saying their final farewell to a much-loved family member. 🇮🇪🤍

A dove release can be a beautiful and peaceful way to say goodbye, symbolising love, peace and the journey home.

It was a privilege to be part of such a special farewell, and we hope the release brought a small moment of comfort to the family during such a difficult time.

🕊️ An Exciting Update from The White Flight Dove Release! 🕊️

Firstly, we’d like to say a huge sorry for being so quiet since May. We’ve been incredibly busy behind the scenes, and there’s been so much happening at the loft!

We’re delighted to share that our training has officially begun, and we couldn’t be happier with how our birds have responded. They have taken to their training brilliantly, returning home confidently and showing us just how well they’re progressing. Every training flight brings us one step closer to our dream of launching.

We’ve also had some wonderful new arrivals since our last update… six beautiful baby birds have joined our little family! They are growing fast and keeping us very busy, and we can’t wait to watch them develop over the coming months.

If everything continues to go to plan, we’re hoping to launch and start taking bookings in August. It’s been an incredible journey to get to this stage, and we’re so grateful for everyone’s patience, encouragement and support along the way.

Thank you for following our journey. We hope you enjoy these latest photos, and we’ll be sharing plenty more training updates as we get closer to launch.

✨ A beautiful little update from us… ✨

Following on from our Easter post, we’re so happy to share that our eggs have now hatched and our gorgeous birds are thriving! 🕊️

They are now three weeks old, growing stronger every day, and beginning to show their gentle personalities. It’s such a special part of what we do,watching new life begin and caring for them as they grow.

We can’t wait for you all to see them continue to flourish ❤️❤️🕊️

Take a look at a few of our young birds as they take to the sky for the very first time — such a special and heartfelt moment in their journey 🕊️

Loft training has now begun, an important step in helping our birds build confidence, strength, and the instinct to return home safely. This is a process built on patience, trust, and care, and it’s something that simply cannot be rushed 💙

We are aiming to be ready to launch towards the end of July, just in time for the summer season, and we’re so proud to watch our birds grow stronger each day.

On this beautiful day of hope, renewal, and new beginnings, we’re reminded of the peace and love that Easter brings. Just like the gentle flight of a dove, may your day be filled with light, joy, and meaningful moments.

We’re also excited to share that one of our hens has laid some eggs over the weekend — we’re hoping to be welcoming some beautiful babies very soon! 🐣💛
