Universal Creations and I have come back for round 2 to try do our bit to save the planet! To give the next pile of scrap wood new life – this is all about creating something unique, handmade, and for children and parents to use and enjoy.

With forests making up only 30- 31% of the world’s habitable land surface, preserving and growing this figure is an environmental imperative for us all. Check out our freestanding and hanging 🍁 plain autumn pumpkins or 🎃 Halloween pumpkins with faces! And this year some ghosts 👻 have flown into the mix to make some Booooutiful hanging decorations!

⭐️ Thank you for everyone for your patience with orders. ⭐️

After a week home with 3 poorly children, your orders are nearly all cut and packed so should be with you very soon. Thank you to Universal Creations for all the scrap wood and letting me use the machines to catch up today!

💚💙Take a look at these amazing set ups from Sarahisachildminder using the solid larger off cut for the circular base plate and the resin numbers from Sassy-Lou’s Resin! They look so inviting and such a clever idea to paint one side green and one blue so it’s interchangeable! 💙💚

They can be painted or left plain and can be used in so many ways.

⭐️Different terrains (currently with dinosaurs in larva and a bug hotel in the black one- love kids imaginations🥰)

So one of the other aspects Universal Creations and I are working on is themed party props and games to rent out.

We realised there are so many popular themes with children which don’t have many decorations/games/activities available and if so they cost a fortune to buy! Keep your eyes peeled for hopefully more fun party props or feel free to ask if there’s a specific theme you’re interested in! 😊

🦕🦖This weekend we had great opportunity to do our first themed party and got to give our giant dinosaur puzzle a go! It was great to give it a test run and see the children piecing it together on both the floor and the frame. 🦖🦕

2. Christmas stand trees - £1.50 each
3. Christmas stand snowman -£1.50 each.
4. Christmas stand gingerbread families - set of 4 for £3. Additional people £1 each.
5. Hanging stars - 50p each or 4 for £1.50
6. Hanging gingerbread families- 50p each or 4 for £1.50
7. Hanging baubles -50p each or 4 for £1.50
8. Hanging disks (these are larger and ideal for babies handprints) - 75p each.
9. Large snowflakes- £ 3.50 each.

Thank you for all your interest in the Christmas items. I will be posting a full list of all the Christmas stuff later today with all prices, more pictures and ordering information.

I feel it’s not only is it really important to save the wood from reaching landfill but it’s also really important on making sure as much of the packaging used is able to be recycled and reused. Our first party bags are heading out today which is very exciting.
