Day 3 underway… and we can confirm that tiredness has well and truly settled in 😂

But the important bit is still working…

💡 ON. OFF. ON. OFF. ON. OFF…
…and repeat until someone tells us we can go home 🤣

Despite everything the weather has thrown at us, the bands have been brilliant, the sound has been LOUD (obviously 🙄😂) thanks to Andy and Ashby Pro Audio , and the lights have finally had considerably more than their usual 15 minutes of fame!

Well underway… and apparently the weather has decided to join in too! 🙄😂

But it’s not stopping us. Dancing round your handbag is officially out — dancing round your umbrella is the new thing! ☔💃🤣

The lights are almost ready for their 15 minutes of fame 💡😂 and the sound is pumping thanks to Mr Loud himself, Andy from Ashby Pro Audio 🔊

There’s still plenty of time to come down, grab an umbrella and join us tonight…

What a way to kick off the weekend! 🔥

Day One of Belperfest is officially in the bag, with Swift Lighting Solutions on lighting and Ashby Pro Audio taking care of the sound.

Rick Valentine got the weekend started tonight, and the beer garden at The Belper Arms - Newton Burgoland was looking and sounding absolutely fantastic! 🎸🍻
And this is only the beginning… 👀

We’re back tomorrow for a full day of live music, with plenty more lights, haze, noise and questionable amounts of caffeine to come! 😂

The stage is up, the truss is in… and tomorrow this empty space is going to look VERY different! 👀💡🔊

Swift Lighting Solutions will be at Ashfest 2026 at The Bowling Green Inn , Ashby-de-la-Zouch, providing the lighting and production for a full day of live music. 🎸🥁🎤

We’ve still got plenty to do before the first band hits the stage — lights to rig, cables to run, scenes to program and, naturally, an entirely reasonable number of smoke machines to deploy. 😏💨

If you're around Ashby tomorrow, come down, grab a drink and enjoy some fantastic live music.

A view from above Heather Fest on Saturday evening - and just look at that crowd!

It was fantastic to see so many people out enjoying an evening of live music. We were proud to be there providi g lighting and helping to create the atmosphere.

Nothing quite shows the scale of an event quite like seeing it from the air.
