Thanks to all who popped in to see the photos at Aonach Mhacha.

The photos were a series of images of 8 local musicians who performed with the Community band, The Garage Band.

During lockdown, I captured the band's performing; this was just a tip of the hat to them for being good sports.

I've been working on a project over the past few months with some fantastic musicians from Armagh.

During lockdown, these guys entertained the community in Drumbreda, by playing some tunes in a socially distanced manner. From here The Garage Band was formed. They are performing in Aonach Mhacha on the Friday of the 7 Hills Blues Fest with some new faces to the lineup.

These are just a few images from a recent rehearsal. There will some photographs on display in Aonach Macha as part of an exhibition biographing the musician's performances during lockdown.

Last weekend was one filled with music and fun. International Guinness Blues on the Bay Festival Warrenpoint always provides great bands to snap. The lighting makes such a difference to the atmosphere and your best friend is the person incharge of the stage lights.

So we’re almost at the end of First Communion season and it’s been a busy one. I just have to share these few simple images from a recent communion in armagh.

Sometimes the wee ones get overwhelmed but we have to remember this is their big day, like a bride and groom the preparation has been ongoing. It’s important to stop and remember the wee things. A joke, a hair out of place or the tiny detail of an outfit. Time goes too fast.

Someone said they’d lost a phone and all their photos. They were delighted when I showed them the following.

On your smart phone or tablet download and open the Google Photos app. Log in and scroll down ur photos and it should go back to the first smart phone u had. Mine went back to 2011. Every single photo I’ve ever taken on a smart phone.
