🎧 Dance Music Immersive Kettlebell Class 🎧

Last night we had our very first kettlebell class with everyone wearing headphones — and WOW what an experience! 🤩

Having the beat right in your ears, 21 of us all moving to the same playlist, created such an incredible atmosphere.
The heat was unreal — Scotland’s hottest day 🔥🤣 — but being outdoors, in the shade with a breeze, made it absolutely perfect.

A huge thank you to Noiseless Nonsense for helping me bring this together. It was brilliant hearing everyone’s feedback afterwards too.

And the best part was that it worked so so well 👌
I knew it would 😋
I’ve worked hard teaching my team the movements, and they followed every cue and stuck to every every beat so well ♥️

We just might just have to film the next one… 👀🎥

What a night at The Arbroath Indoor Bowling Club celebrating Darren Burnetts 50th Birthday.

A crowded dance floor for most of the night with near 100 people at the party.

This week we were asked to provide Silent Disco entertainment for a group of girls studying nursing at Dundee and Angus College.

The girls danced their hearts out from start to finish and had an amazing time.
