It was very special and a privilege to be able to do the disco for a wedding reception. We always cater for the needs and requirements of the bride and groom. We take care of the important things while the bride and groom and their family and guests celebrate the special day. We do the same for all our discos. Thankyou

📌 POLITE NOTICE – PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING 📌

💨🌧️ OUTDOOR INFLATABLES & BAD WEATHER 🌧️💨

We would kindly like to remind all customers of our Terms & Conditions regarding the outdoor hire of inflatables.

For the safety of your child, other children and our team, we will NOT hire or set up inflatables outdoors if:

❌ Rain is forecast
❌ High winds are forecast
❌ The ground is wet or unsuitable
❌ Weather conditions are considered unsafe

We have learnt the hard way in the past by hoping bad weather would arrive after a booking had finished, only to be caught out when conditions changed earlier than expected.

Because of this, our rule is simple:

❤️ SAFETY FIRST – EVERY SINGLE TIME. ❤️

We completely understand how disappointing it can be when an inflatable cannot go ahead, especially when it is for your child's special day. However, we will never compromise children's safety just to avoid disappointment.

🎉 WE WILL ALWAYS TRY TO HELP!

Where possible, we will work with you to provide alternative entertainment so the party can still be fun, exciting and memorable.

🏠 INDOOR BOOKINGS

Bad weather does not affect inflatables booked for suitable indoor venues.

⚠️ PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH US IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS.

We understand that nobody can control the British weather, but we can control how safely we operate.

Thank you for your understanding, cooperation and for helping us keep everyone safe.

Kindly Reminder to our terms and conditions.

When the weather forecast says rain or high winds we do not hire inflatables out.
If the ground is wet we wont hire out inflatables. We have learnt the hard way when hiring out inflatables thinking the weather will come hours after a booking, but then we get caught out.
So sadly the rule is no inflatables outdoors when bad weather is forecast.
Obviously this does not effect inflatables indoors. These rules are in place for your child's and other childrens safety.
We always get told it will ruin their child's party. We say safety first and foremost everytime. We always aim to sort alternative entertainment for your child's party.
Thankyou for your understanding in this matter and ensuring everyone's safety. POLITE NOTICE PLEASE DONT BOOK US IF THESE T/C ARE UNACCEPTABLE. WE ALWAYS SORT OTHER ALTERNATIVES SO THE PARTY IS STILL FUN AND DOESN'T SPOIL THE SPECIAL EVENT THANKYOU
