A surprise Victoria Sponge 3 tier 8” birthday cake, with hand crafted edible fondant golf accessories🏌️, daffodils 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿(a nod towards Roy’s family in Wales🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿) and ⚽️CRYSTAL PALACE’S PETE⚽️ (most definitely not QPR’s Jude the Cat!!!!). All finished off with a border of Roy’s very favourite, Liquorice Allsorts!

Any QPR fans with a birthday/celebration coming up who could make use of this ‘Jude’ mascot edible cake topper? Long story short, we (well Natalie), got completely the wrong football team for a birthday cake order and had to make the correct mascot topper pretty quick sharp (photos to follow after tomorrow’s surprise!). Seems a shame for poor old Jude to go to waste 🙄😆

We’ve had a lot of fun today crafting this (Lilo &) Stitch inspired celebration cake! 8” and 6” tiered vanilla sponges with strawberry jam and buttercream filling, with heaps of vanilla piped buttercream frosting. Our handcrafted ‘Stitch’ topper has finally been popped on top for delivery ready for tomorrow’s celebration!

Happy 50th birthday to the gorgeous Anna! We were delighted to have been asked to provide the catering for Anna’s party last night. The brief? Everything 1970s… homemade vol-au-vents, cheese & pineapples, sausage rolls, devilled eggs, homemade dips, old school sprinkle cake, butterscotch tart and loads, loads more (did we already mention the cheese & pineapples 😋?). With a great big gooey, delicious, fresh cream Black Forest Gateau birthday cake to finish 🎂!

When it’s a cake for an 88 year old born and bred Aussie, it has to be Cherry Ripe, right? (if you know, you know 🍒🍫😉). Chocolate fudge cake with heaped cherry jam and coconut centre, wrapped up in a fondant suitcase with a koala and a cherry or two popped on top!

We were so lucky to meet the amazing birthday boy today on delivery of a table full of Sasha-Lily’s Pantry savoury and sweet treats. Happy, happy birthday David, enjoy your tea party and safe further travels before heading back to Sydney! 🎂🐨🇦🇺🌏
