Good evening guys, summer is nearly here!

I've been a little quiet on the Facebook front recently. Truth is I spend too much time scrolling through Instagram and not enough time with you guys 😂 I better make more of an effort to keep you updated!

I've been busy gearing up for a new season, after last year you guys have been keeping me busy with bookings, I can't thank you enough for all of your recommendations, support and feedback! It's given me a big boost in confidence and I really appreciate that from all of you!

Most of all thanks to my amazing wife, family and friends for keeping me going even when times get tough!

Along with a shed full of updated equipment I have a few pop ups this year!

Once again I'll be hosting Father's Day The Barn KT9 as well as Summer Fayres at Sayes Court Primary School and Guildford High School! Dates to follow!

I'll have to apologise for the lack of public events this year, you guys have been keeping me busy with plenty of private events! But there is a possibility of a local spot later this year in the works, let's see how things go!

Big thanks to everyone over the weekend at Black Cherry Fair! I hope you all enjoyed your food!

We went through 20kg of Ribs and plenty more, Short Rib Sandwiches were also a hit and will definitely be back on the menu!

Good afternoon I hope you are enjoying the summer weather!

I must thank you all for a brilliant few months of business, you have all been keeping me on my toes since my "little bit about me" post! I'm fully booked for the rest of the summer months!

I've also managed to make the finals of HCRL Chef of the Year Competition! I'll be going to Billingsgate Fish Market for the day, and the Grand Final will be held in Birmingham! (Wish me luck!)

Anyway, just letting you know I'll be at BLACK CHERRY FAIR 🍒 this coming Saturday 13th July!

Rain or shine, serving BBQ Platters (Chicken, Ribs and Texas Hot Links!) with Pickles and Salads. DO COME ALONG! It'll be great to see you!

Braised Birria Wagyu Oxtail!

Smoked overnight over Hickory for 12 hours and then braised for 4 hours in Birria Spices for fall off the bone, melt in your mouth pulled beef 🤤🤤🤤

Rare Breed Pork Sausage & Wiltshire Bacon Baps available before mid-day with Homemade BBQ Beans

After breakfast we'll be serving up Garlic & Herb Chicken Thighs, 8 Hour Hickory Smoked St. Louis Style Ribs and Texas Hot Links with a variety of sides!
