✔️ First Dress Prep of the week complete!

Today took me out to Aswanley (first of two trips there this week).
Tomorrow I’m off to Schivas Steading and then Friday is a big day with both Ballogie House and Aswanley on the cards.

It must be wedding season! 👰🏼 💍 ✨

But The Barn at Barra Castle is one venue that has you covered!

Mhairi booked my Dress Prep service for her wedding at Barra Castle, wanting her dress (plus her bridesmaids’ dresses and her mum’s dress!) to be steamed and ready to go. No last-minute panic, just one less thing to think about.

I also had the pleasure of helping Mhairi find her veil from my boutique Etiquette Bridal

💒 Slightly late with this week’s board!

First of all I visited beautiful Barra for Heather’s Dress Prep 💍

Today I’m off to Kildrummy Inn for my first visit to the venue to prep for Emily’s big day 🌺

Then tomorrow is a double-prep day! Back to Barra Castle to prep for Kirsty then on to Thainstone House to prep for Amelia 🥂

💐The calm before the “I do.” 💐

A huge congratulations to my beautiful bride, Kaitlyn, who trusted me with my Night Before Steaming Service to ensure everything was perfectly pressed and wedding-ready before the big day. 🤍

Kaitlyn booked my “unlimited items” package to ensure that all of the bridal party outfits and gents’ shirts were included.

It was such a pleasure helping take one more thing off the to-do list.

As an extra special touch, Kaitlyn also chose her stunning headpiece from my bridal boutique, Etiquette Bridal and seeing it all come together on the day was just beautiful. ✨

🚨 2028 Diary NOW OPEN! 🚨

I’ve had a few 2028 requests trickle in over the last few weeks so I won’t keep you waiting any longer - I’ve officially opened my 2028 diary for Dress Prep! (Im still of course accepting 2026 and 2027 bookings).

If you’d like a quote please reach out with your wedding date, venue and the number of items (approximately) needing steamed and I’ll get back to you asap.

Due to check-in times it’s not often I can take more than 2 bookings in a day but occasionally a venue will allow me early access so that I can squeeze in one more!

First stop tomorrow will be near Ellon, a stunning private-use wedding venue

Then I’ll be heading to , a recently renovated house which can host up to 24 guests. This will be my first visit to The Gatsby

Finally I’ll be off to near Inverurie, a grand hotel with stunning views of Bennachie

A busy day but so worth it to make sure these 3 brides are ready to go for their weddings on Saturday!
