There’s often confusion around the difference between a venue coordinator and a wedding planner and it’s completely understandable 🤍

Venue coordinators are incredible at what they do. They know their space inside out, protect the flow of the day, and ensure everything at the venue runs seamlessly.

A wedding planner simply supports the journey beyond the venue from budgets and suppliers to design, timelines and decision-making months before the wedding day.

They’re two different roles, working towards the same outcome: a calm, beautifully run wedding.

I’m lucky to work alongside some truly brilliant venue teams, and when planners and venue coordinators collaborate well, couples feel the difference immediately. If we haven’t worked together yet, I can’t wait to.

It’s never about overlap.
