Teen Darts Star Signs with Target Darts 🎯 👏🏻

A talented young player from the Cynon Valley has hit bullseye success after signing with one of the biggest names in the sport — Target Darts.

Cwm Taf Arrows Dart Academy proudly announced that their rising star, Yazmine “Yaz” Ruck-Harvard, has joined Target’s elite line-up, just a year after joining the academy and becoming their current 501 Champion.

Despite being a fresh face at the academy, Yaz has already built an impressive reputation, representing Gwent County and the Wales Youth Team over recent seasons. Her dedication and patience, according to coaches, have truly paid off.

Target Darts praised the teenager’s incredible run of form, highlighting a standout 2025 season which saw her clinch titles including:

- Europe Cup Youth Girls Pairs Champion (2025)
- Inter Academy Championships Winner (2025)
- Champions of Champions Girls Singles Winner – WDD (2025)
- Girls Welsh Open Runner-Up (2025)
- TRI Nationals British Internationals – Girls Player of the Tournament (2025)

Cwm Taf Arrows said they are “very, very proud” of her success and can’t wait to see her progress further.

Taster session for a new block of fun kids darts sessions... aimed at littler kids and following the Luke Litter legacy. We cannot wait to get going and help children in Penywaun grow the love for the game.

Claims Dutch Darts Championship Glory! 🎯🏆

Welsh darts ace Jonny Clayton, known as "The Ferret," has triumphed at the Dutch Darts Championship, securing his first European Tour title since 2023! 🇳🇱

Clayton battled through a tough field, defeating Max Hopp, Ross Smith, Danny Noppert, Luke Humphries, and finally Niko Springer in the final. The Welshman edged out Springer 8-6 in a thrilling contest to lift the trophy and delight his fans back home in . 🏅

And what a week it’s been for Jonny Clayton! The legend has
shown that his talents extend far beyond the oche. By taking the time to inspire and connect with young fans like Noah, Jonny proves he’s a true ambassador for darts. His generosity and warmth have captured the hearts of supporters across Wales and beyond, making him a role model both on and off the stage. 🌟👏

Quick update. I will be reaching out to local schools soon to see who would possibly would like to sort out some contracts to get some maths through darts projects set up.

With the popularity of darts being so high right now it's nice to see a new dart shop opening soon in the local area. When open, everyone should go check out The Sharpened Edge Darts Shop . I will hopefully be getting some equipment from there soon!
