✨ Tasting Weekend Extravaganza ✨
Next weekend we’re heading to the beautiful Château de Sainte Croix for a very special tasting weekend — and we couldn’t be more excited! 🥂
We’ll be firing up the BBQ, testing Marco’s home-built pizza trailer, and preparing lots of delicious dishes for our wonderful couples getting married at the venue this year & next. 🍽️🔥

And what a way to start our season!
We’re so excited to be back and officially kicking things off in style. We were honoured to cater at the stunning Château du Raysse for the first time — and we can see why it’s such a popular venue 🏰💫
From a welcome buffet in the beautiful spring sunshine, to an elegant evening dinner, and finishing with a delicious brunch… it was truly a weekend to remember 🍽️🥂

🍕🔥 Wood-Fired Perfection by Cheffy Marco 🔥🍕

There’s just something special about pizza cooked the traditional way — crisp edges, bubbling cheese, and that unmistakable smoky flavour from the wood fire.

✨ The perfect way to close our 2025 wedding season ✨
We had the joy of catering the final wedding of the year at the stunning Château Camp del Saltre.

From a sizzling BBQ to a beautiful wedding meal and wood-fired pizzas, it was a celebration full of flavour, laughter, and love, even a few showers didn't put a dampener on the celebrations! 🍖🍕🥂

A huge thank you to our amazing couple Saartje & Dominique for trusting us to be part of their day, and to the incredible team at Camp del Saltre for providing such a magical setting.

That’s a wrap on wedding season 2025 — and what a season it’s been! We’re already so excited for everything 2026 has in store. 💫
