Here we go, mid-autumn festival is on this Friday.

Here is a special menu only for FRIDAY for your family celebration. Home Delivery is possible 15mins driving from Keilaniemi. Pick up point at hotel Helka, Keilaniemi metro and Ainoa metro is possible too.

Will confirm the delivery time on Thursday evening.

Please pre order this as soon as you able to , I will get the ingredients tomorrow and start prepping on Thursday. 💗🤗

A little recording for a party happened last two weeks. It was a private cooking collaborating with Deivi Paasimaa , hosted by Minna Minna VilénMinna was the one who encouraged me and brought the idea of private cooking business. This is the second year of same lady’s party for the end of summer.

A whole years of journey, a lot of time I am doubting myself and still. I am so grateful that during the time, people who kindly share the resources and intelligence to break through the barriers. And who books me several times in a year.

For now, not just private party, I will do the office event , light catering or team lunch or celebration too.

This Thursday(10/9) and Friday (11/9)Special Dishes

Weather is changing , it’s time to get the warm and nutritional soup 😊 last week we did the same morel and almond mushroom chicken soup, the feedback was great !! So I decided to continue this. The flavour is rich, umami and savory since I used a whole chicken to make the broth.

Mostly the food is lactose free. Gluten free is possible if requested. Let me if you have dishes in your mind, maybe that is the next week menu. 😉

Welcome to pick up at Keilaniemi metro, Tapiola metro , hotel Helka. Home delivery is possible between 11-3pm.

Turnip cake that we made last week 😊 turnip and lanttu , their sweetness and taste are very similar. In Xmas, Finland has lanttu laaktikko and Chinese year we have Turnip cake (it’s also made in laatikko) 😆 both I love them so much!!

Mala Chicken 24.9e (L)麻辣雞煲 I mean, this is only available for one week. 😬very limited supply. This’s from hidden menu for private cooking. The supreme mala sauce I sourced from Hong Kong, it’s my treasure to share with you all.

XO sauce with turnip cake 21.9e XO（G)(L)醬炒蘿蔔糕 this is one of the dish takes quite long time to make it, but the flavor always worths for the hard effort.

Pastrami sandwich has been in my bucket list for ages, but the cooking time got me the hesitation every time. Let’s simplify it by using the good meat in air fryer. 😆

Smoked salmon with avocado , rockets, wasabi mayo is a memorable taste from long time ago.

Just wanna say pastrami sandwich is blew my mind! It s seriously so good! 😭 it’s just way too big to take a bite out of it!
