We cooked a selection of our traditional tapas dishes yesterday evening. To start we served garlic prawns and tempura calamari with homemade alioli. We served honey roasted chicken stuffed with Mallorcan 'Sobrassada' topped with crushed almonds and chickpeas, red pepper and spinach in a tomato and paprika sauce. Our delicious slow cooked Spanish pork, chorizo and white bean casserole was the favourite dish of the night!

Yesterday's clients enjoyed a Paella Party cooked in the garden of their beautiful holiday villa in Pollenca. We served our sharing platters followed by a mixed meat paella with chicken, pork and chorizo. For dessert we prepared a fresh fruit platter with rosewater syrup.

We had a fantastic time on Tuesday evening cooking for our client Nicolai, and his family and friends. A big thanks to Nicolai's niece for pouring us a couple of much appreciated glasses of delicious wine at the end of our shift, all the way from Napa Valley! Happy days!
