✨ Member Spotlight: Franca Villarroel

Before becoming a Transformation & Leadership Coach, Speaker and Mindful Mentor, Franca spent 15 years as a singer and actress in the German television and film industry.

Today, she works internationally across Europe, the Middle East and the Americas, helping individuals and leaders navigate change, build trust and reconnect with their inner clarity.

As a mother of three and someone who has experienced significant personal transformation herself, Franca brings a perspective that is both insightful and deeply human. Her work is rooted in the belief that many of the answers we seek already exist within us , sometimes we simply need the right questions, space and guidance to uncover them.

What makes Franca such a valuable part of the SÖNRAI community is not only her expertise, but her ability to foster meaningful conversations around self-awareness, emotional intelligence and personal growth.

The community is richer because of women like Franca , women who bring depth, wisdom and authenticity to every room they enter. 💛

So happy to be sharing our special immersive creative dinner at Volubilis for , celebrating the vision of its founder, a SÖNRAI member.

An intimate evening brought to life in celebration of a member’s vision,
bringing together men and women involved in the Alma Fina project — all connected through an appreciation for craftsmanship, design and conscious living.

At Alma Fina, every detail speaks to a way of living, thoughtful, refined and rooted in quality. This dinner was not only a moment to gather, but a way to honour that vision, to experience it, and to share it with a community that values the same principles.

From the space itself to the atmosphere created, everything reflected a commitment to design, materiality and intention. Surrounded by inspiring people, meaningful conversations and a deep appreciation for beauty in its purest form.

So proud to support and celebrate this project, and to see it come to life in such a powerful and authentic way.

As someone who grew up between cultures, this day feels deeply personal to me 💚

I was raised with Moroccan traditions back home, whilst also growing up around very international and Western influences. My parents taught us to respect all religions, all cultures and all kinds of people. We celebrated different traditions with openness, curiosity and warmth, never from a place of division, but from the understanding that human beings are human beings wherever they come from.

Maybe that is also why SÖNRAI naturally became a space filled with women from different countries, languages, faiths and backgrounds.

To me, diversity is not a trend or a corporate word.
It is sitting around a table and realising how much we can learn from one another. How much richer, more intelligent and more interesting life becomes when we are exposed to different ways of thinking, living, creating and seeing the world.

I’ve never believed the world becomes stronger when we stay inside one identity or one bubble. I think the world expands when we remain open to each other.

Different cultures. Different histories. Different traditions.
And still, so much shared humanity underneath it all.

The world is far more beautiful when we see ourselves as part of the same ocean 🤍
