Sina and Florian’s wedding at Terra Ión was one of those days that felt joyful from beginning to end. They looked completely at home together, surrounded by 60 of their favourite people, with plenty of laughter, lovely speeches and a party that carried on until 2am.

Guests arrived to cold lemonade, beer and Limoncello Spritz before the ceremony, followed by a garden reception with Canonita and tonic, cava, Terra Ión wines and six different canapés. These included beef tartare on a yuca and chilli cracker, smoked cheese croquettes, tuna tartare, smoked salmon blinis, mini quiches and mango and nectarine gazpacho.

For dinner, guests chose between fish and prawn ceviche or grilled pineapple and burrata salad, followed by wild mushroom and white truffle risotto or sea bass with saffron sauce, ratatouille and roasted potatoes.

Dessert brought mango and passion fruit, espresso martinis and a traditional Mallorcan ensaïmada wedding cake, before everyone moved into the wine cellar for cocktails, dancing and late-night coca de verduras.

What a joy it was to be part of Angelica and Steve’s beautiful wedding at Santuario de Monti-Sion. They looked so incredibly happy from the moment the ceremony began, and that happiness carried right through the celebrations and onto the dance floor.

Guests were welcomed with homemade lemonade and chilled drinks before enjoying a canapé reception featuring pork cheeks with kimchi toast, teriyaki chicken skewers, oxtail croquetas, tuna tartare, king prawn skewers and smoked salmon blinis, accompanied by Hugo cocktails, cava and Mallorcan wine.

Dinner began with fish and prawn ceviche served with a crispy taco, followed by slow-braised lamb shank with sundried tomatoes, olives, potatoes and a rosemary and red wine jus. A trio of chocolate mousse, almond cake and Lotus cheesecake completed the meal before the cava toast, speeches and dancing began.

Later, their spectacular tiered cheese wedding cake was served with chutneys, dried fruits and breads, alongside coca de verduras for a late-night bite.

Lara and Graeme’s beautiful Mallorca wedding at Can Bescuyt was filled with Mediterranean flavours, relaxed poolside celebrations and plenty of personal touches.

Guests enjoyed Aperol and canapés by the pool before sitting down to a feast of Galician rib-eye steak, piri-piri chicken, seafood skewers and colourful Mediterranean salads. Apple tarte tatin, a gorgeous orange wedding cake, spicy margaritas and late-night coca de trampó completed the celebrations.

A summer wedding at beautiful Ses Voltes, and a menu made for sharing.

Malin & Florian celebrated with 84 guests, beginning with cava and canapés in front of the main house before sitting down to two long tables for a Mediterranean feast.

The canapés included crispy prawns with mango dip, lamb burgers on brioche, mini quiches, traditional gazpacho, tuna tartare and beef tartare. Dinner followed with baby potatoes, Mediterranean couscous tabbouleh and roasted vegetables alongside prime Galician rib-eye steak, monkfish with paprika and lemongrass, and stuffed Portobello mushrooms.

And because no Mallorca wedding should end with anyone feeling hungry, midnight brought Coca de Trampó before the party carried on until 2am.

From the cava tower to dinner under the Mallorcan sky, Aperol Spritzes, speeches, saxophone and dancing, this was exactly the kind of relaxed Mediterranean wedding we love to cater.

Sina and Florian’s wedding at the beautiful .ion was a celebration filled with wonderful food, thoughtful details and plenty of reasons to raise a glass.

Following their ceremony, guests enjoyed welcome drinks and a selection of canapés, including beef tartare on yuca and chilli crackers, smoked cheese croquettes, tuna tartare and smoked salmon blinis.

Dinner featured fish and prawn ceviche, grilled pineapple and burrata salad, wild mushroom and white truffle risotto, and sea bass with saffron sauce, ratatouille and roasted potatoes. A mango and passion fruit dessert followed, accompanied by espresso martinis, before an ensaimada wedding cake and late-night coca de verduras kept everyone fuelled for the party.

Careful planning was particularly important for this wedding, with several allergies and dietary requirements to accommodate. Every affected guest received specially prepared dishes, with close attention paid to ingredients, preparation and avoiding cross-contamination.
