Which venue photographs beautifully and becomes impossible once the guests and the crew are in it. Which supplier still answers the phone in the second week of August. How long a permit really takes. Which road cannot take a lorry.

We have been here since 2002, learning all of it the slow way, on the ground, alongside the people who live and work on this island.

Twenty-one years ago there was a little boy clanging pots and pans in our kitchen. He is about to become a Doctor! 🤍
Connor grew up in the Cardamom Club kitchen, watching his parents work and grow, learning early what it takes to build something and keep building it 🤍
He went through Morna International College in Ibiza from a quiet toddler to a young man ready to make the move to Manchester, and now he is off to Paris for a PhD 🤍
A teacher at Morna lit the spark for chemistry, and it became a passion. His research is gloriously niche, working with a group of metals to make them more useful in industry, the kind of science that quietly shapes the modern world 🤍
Ask him about home, though, and he does not mention any of that. In his own words: “Ibiza is home. Time away only made me appreciate and understand what I had always taken for granted.” 🤍
We have watched this island shape young people for twenty-four years, our own among them. Connor is proof of what it can give: roots deep enough to hold you, and room enough to reach for the stars 🤍

There is a side of Ibiza that rarely makes the postcards, and the week of 25 April to 1 May was a good example of it, with the Palacio de Congresos de Ibiza hosting the 154th MPEG Meeting, the international body whose standards underpin nearly every piece of video and audio that gets streamed or broadcast around the world.

470 delegates spent a full working week in technical sessions across multiple rooms of the building, in the quiet stretch of the calendar before the island shifts into high season.

Our part of the brief was the seating and tables, which involved 470 white chiavari chairs deployed across the venue and the coordination of conference tables arriving direct from France, staged over several days into the specific configurations each room required.

It is the sort of room-by-room precision that needs to be quietly in place long before the first delegate walks in, and whether the brief in question is a clifftop wedding or a week-long scientific congress, the principles are the same, which is the work Cardamom has been doing on Ibiza and Formentera for 24 years.

Twenty-three years ago Grace came to work with us in the early days of the Cardamom Club. She left to have her son Alex, then came back and ended up looking after Navine’s little boy Connor at the same time, because the two of them were only a year apart🤍

Alex and Connor grew up in each other’s pockets. Holding hands, hugging each other goodbye, the kind of brothers you only get when your mothers have spent years building something side by side🤍

This spring we were guests at Grace’s wedding to Mercario at San Carles church, the white village wedding she had pictured for years. Olive leaves in her veil, family pouring into the square afterwards, then on to Atzaró for a celebration that danced into the night. Navine said it reminded her of an Indian wedding, that same warmth that comes when a community shows up properly for one of its own🤍

Twenty-three years on this island and the people who started with us are still family. That is what Cardamom actually is🤍

There is a clifftop on this island where the Mediterranean stretches out so far it feels like the edge of the world. We have been setting up events there for years, long before it became the kind of location that ends up on mood boards 🤍

What you are seeing across these images is a single wedding. The ceremony on the rocks as the afternoon light shifted across the water, every piece of furniture and every layer of textile placed exactly where it needed to be 🤍

Then the move to a long table running the full length of the terrace, gypsophila cascading over warm wood, black tapers, the kind of setting that feels both considered and completely inevitable. And then the candles came down and the evening took over ✨

Every arch, every rug, every chair, every linen in these images is ours. That is what two and a half decades of building an inventory on this island looks like. Not a catalogue, but a living collection that goes to work the moment a brief lands.

You may have noticed things have been a little quieter from us lately.

There is a reason for that.

Behind the scenes, Craig and Navine have been building. Specifically, a smarter, more streamlined booking system that reflects the standard of service Cardamom has always delivered in person.

24 years on this island have been built on relationships, on conversations, on showing up. That will never change.

But our clients are global teams, often planning across time zones and outside office hours, and they deserve a digital experience that matches what they get from us on the ground.

So we have been quietly using the tools available to us, including AI, to make the whole process easier and more intuitive from the very first touchpoint.

The personal service stays. The technology just makes the journey to it a little smoother.

Summer is coming. We are ready.

Fashion that actually cares about the island it celebrates.

Ibiza Fashion Festival has been awarded 4-star Plastic Free Guardian status for running a genuinely sustainable event. But it goes deeper than that. Their posidonia collection pays tribute to the seagrass meadows that keep Ibiza's waters crystal clear.

Their surf collection is made from recycled ocean waste. Even the hats on the runway are plant-based esparto grass.

This year on 11th June, IFF returns to Bibo Park, supporting their vital eco projects to protect the island.

We love working with partners who walk the talk. This is one of them.

24 years ago this week, we opened the doors to Cardamom Club

A small Indian restaurant in Ibiza. Just the two of us, a handful of tables, and a lot of hope.

What started as candlelit dinners has taken us on quite a journey. Restaurant, deli, takeaway, event catering, event management, and now luxury consultancy and equipment hire for clients from all over the world.

The venues have changed. The team has grown. But we are still the same family business we were on day one, still driven by a love for bringing people together and creating moments that matter.

To everyone who has eaten at our tables, danced at our events, trusted us with their celebrations, or simply cheered us on from the sidelines over the past 24 years: thank you.

Here's to the next chapter.
