Episode 2 of Connect Ibiza goes out TODAY on AH.FM and I’m really happy to announce that Judge Jules is joining me for the Past, Present & Future Guest Feature.

I used to listen religiously to Jules on Radio 1 through the 90s and noughties - long before I ever imagined I’d go on to guest on his shows, play alongside him and spend more than 20 years as part of the Judgement Sundays family. Looking back through the archives for these photos has brought back a LOT of memories from those years and I’m extremely humbled to have him on the show.

Jules is of course also a huge part of Ibiza’s musical history. From those iconic Radio 1 broadcasts from the island to the many years of Judgement Sundays and countless Ibiza dancefloors along the way, he’s been part of the soundtrack of the island for decades. Following his recent MBE for services to music, it feels like a great time to celebrate some of that history on Connect Ibiza and hear the records he’s chosen for the show.

And somehow the timing couldn’t be better. We DJ’d together last night in Minehead, I’m heading back to Ibiza today, and tomorrow we’ll be back behind the decks for Judgement Sundays / Insomniacz at Es Paradis Ibiza .

A huge thank you to Jules for taking the time out of his still unbelievably busy schedule to be part of Episode 2. And of course there’s loads of music from me in there too - some absolute classic favourites, some current bits I’m loving and a little taste of some future anthems:-).

Twenty years ago… I honestly can’t believe it. ❤️

These videos are from Judgement Sundays in Ibiza in 2006, when I would open and close the main room every week. Watching them now takes me straight back - the people, the dancefloor, the atmosphere, the madness… and of course the music. So many timeless trance classics that I loved playing then and will be bringing back to the dancefloor next week.

On Sunday 27th September, I get to rejoin the Judgement family at Es Paradis, alongside so many of the DJs who were part of those original days. ❤️

Judgement has been part of my life for over two decades. It’s in my heart, in my history on this island and in so many of the steps I’ve taken through the world of trance. I’m incredibly grateful to have maintained a residency within this brand for all these years and to still be able to stand behind those decks and represent something that has meant so much to me.

There are memories from those Judgement years that will stay with me for the rest of my life - some I can barely remember 😂 and others I’ll never forget.

And next week, we get to do it all over again. ❤️ I’d love to know if you are able to join us or any Judgement memories of yours. I’ve something special to announce at the weekend also ;-)) Watch this space and see you back at Judgement on 27th ❤️

It’s hard to believe we’re already at this stage of the season, but in one week’s time we’ll be neck deep in trance week and heading to Amnesia Ibiza for the Kevin & Perry Experience ❤️

It’s a week where I get to see so many familiar trancey faces and where we all get to honour and celebrate the sound we love so much. I literally CANNOT WAIT to see everyone, party together and, of course, play one more time at Amnesia.

So many other events also I’ll be at throughout the week not forgetting Judgement Sundays which I’ll chat more on tomorrow ;-)) either way I’ll most certainly see you all on the trance floors - it’s gonna be LARGE!!! 🙌❤️

PS. Still pretty surreal seeing my name up on a billboard on the San An carretera… obviously I had to stop for a photo ;-))

Round two. ❤️

After an incredible on the beach last night, today it’s our turn for the I Love Sant Antoni Festival alongside , as this huge St Barts weekend continues.

I’ve been DJing in this town and around Ibiza for 26 years and I’ve been down here for so many of these beach parties over the years - so walking down today, seeing the stage and my name there alongside , and brings everything home - quite literally. ❤️

And tonight, for the first time, I get to be part of these celebrations from the decks.

A huge thank you to everyone behind the St Barts festivities for inviting us Brits onto the stage for the first time and making us part of something that belongs right at the heart of San Antonio.

Our much loved town that has made so many people’s dreams come true - including mine. On the beach dancing through the sunset and under the stars. Surrounded by people who have been part of the Ibiza story for years as well as those who maybe get to dance on the beach for the first time. And if all that wasn’t enough, there’s a huge drone show over the bay tonight too. 🙌

It’s been a long time since I’ve been able to say this… I have a radio show again. ❤️

Tonight marks the launch of Connect Ibiza with yours truly hosting - and my first return to radio since DEVA ended all those years ago.

Radio was such a huge part of my life for so long, and I’ve missed it. So there’s something quite emotional about sitting here today knowing that a new chapter is about to begin.

And I couldn’t have chosen a more apt way to come back.

Connect Ibiza is about exactly what its name says - connection. To this island, to the music, to the people, to our history and to what comes next.

It’s also about continuing something with a real legacy, and honouring Dimitri de Wit, whose spirit will always be part of Connect. Having Alex Ryan, one of Connect Ibiza’s original founders, as my first guest feels like the perfect bridge between its history and this new chapter.

Past. Present. Future. The records that shaped us, the music moving us now, and the music we believe will shape what comes next.

I also couldn’t have done this alone. Huge love and thanks to Alex for bringing the show to life with her voiceovers, Ibiza Trance Family for their never-ending support, Chris Bailey / Boy In The Corner for all his help and guidance in building the show, and my husband Brett - my long-suffering in-house Executive Producer ;-)) ❤️
