Intensive weeks of learning, experimenting, getting things wrong, starting again, and slowly becoming more confident with every practice, every technique and every plate.
From the first day to the last, I learned that cooking is so much more than following a recipe. It’s precision, discipline, creativity, teamwork, patience and knowing that there is always room to improve.
I’m incredibly grateful for everything these weeks taught me and for all the hours spent learning from some truly talented people.
And just when I thought I was ready to slow down… it’s time for the sweet side of the story. 🍰✨
