Yana Stroganova, founder of 12Moons, has built her work around this very subject.
With a background in fintech and international business, Yana spent years navigating demanding professional environments where understanding risk, systems and human behaviour was essential.
Her experience led her to explore an interesting question: why do intelligent, capable women sometimes struggle to make decisions, even when they already have the knowledge and experience to move forward?
Today, through 12Moons, Yana works with women to identify recurring patterns, develop greater clarity and make decisions with confidence and intention.
Her approach, which she calls Reality Engineering, moves beyond traditional self-development. Rather than encouraging endless reflection, she focuses on practical decision-making, personal responsibility and translating awareness into action.
What makes Yana’s professional journey particularly interesting is the combination of analytical thinking from the business world with a deep interest in personal development and human behaviour.
