There is a version of ambition that gets celebrated. The polished one. The one that photographs well and reads cleanly in a bio.

And then there is the real version.

The one that is quieter, more complicated, and far more honest than anything you would say in a room full of people you don’t yet trust.

Over the past few years, sitting at tables with women who are building something serious, I have noticed that the most ambitious women I know are also carrying the most. Not because they are struggling. Because they are paying attention. To their work, to the people around them, to what they actually want, which is often not the same thing as what they originally set out to build.

This carousel is for that woman. The one who doesn’t need a motivational quote. Who needs a room where she doesn’t have to explain herself from the beginning.

The Summer Table is our final gathering before summer.
Just exceptional food, a beautiful setting and the kind of conversations that rarely happen in everyday life. Because opportunities are rarely created by events. They are created by people.

Today is Global Wellness Day 🤍

A day that reminds us that health is more than what we eat or how we move. It is also about connection, community, belonging and creating moments to slow down in a world that rarely does.

Over 2 years ago, before wellness gatherings became a huge part of Marbella’s social landscape, we brought together 40 women for a day dedicated to presence and self-discovery.

What began as a simple intention became one of the defining moments in SÖNRAI’s journey , a reminder that meaningful experiences are never about trends, but about how people feel when they leave.

On Global Wellness Day, feeling grateful for everyone who trusted the vision from the very beginning and helped bring this experience to life. 🤍

✨ A conversation that feels especially relevant right now.

Next week, SÖNRAI will be joining fellow founders and community leaders at Startup OLÉ Marbella for a panel exploring the role of women-led communities on the Costa del Sol and the impact they can have on the women building businesses here.

The discussion will look at collaboration over competition, the power of women supporting and investing in one another, and what it really means to build ecosystems that create opportunities, trust and long-term value.

Over the past few years, SÖNRAI has witnessed friendships form, collaborations emerge, businesses support one another and women navigate important personal and professional chapters with the backing of a strong community around them.

These are the experiences I hope to bring into the room on behalf of SÖNRAI.

Looking forward to sharing the stage with an inspiring group of women who are each contributing to the growth of our region in their own way.

✨ Member Spotlight: Teresa Toscano

Few areas of life require as much clarity, trust and compassion as family law. Teresa Toscano Martín is the founder of Toscanolex, a boutique law firm specialising in international family and property law, supporting international clients across Andalucía and beyond through some of life’s most important transitions.

Born in Málaga and having lived across both Andalucía and England, Teresa brings a truly international perspective to her work, combining legal expertise with a strong sense of trust, responsibility and care.

What I particularly admire about Teresa is her willingness to embrace change and continually evolve. As a mother, business owner and leader, she consciously chose to slow down, prioritise wellbeing and create greater balance in her life.

I still remember Teresa joining one of our dance rituals under the stars with the sound beats of .sonic.enchantment at our favourite luxury retreats in Costa del Sol .resort . It was beautiful to witness her openness and curiosity as she explored a different way of connecting with herself, with others and with the present moment. Since then, it has been wonderful to watch her embrace a more intentional and conscious approach to life.

And I have to admit, there is something incredibly reassuring about having such a competent and experienced lawyer within our community. Not only because of her expertise, but because she approaches her work with humanity, integrity and genuine care.

Anyone meeting Teresa at a SÖNRAI gathering might not immediately guess she’s one of the sharpest family lawyers in the room. More often, you’ll find her laughing, dancing and fully embracing the experience , which is probably why people enjoy being around her so much.

The SÖNRAI community is richer because of women like Teresa, women who lead with both strength and heart. 🤍

We saved you a seat. But not for long. 🌿

On June 19th, a small group of women will gather in a private tropical garden in Marbella. A long table under the open sky. An Ottolenghi-style feast by . Live music that begins soft and ends with everyone on their feet. Florals by .deluxe that will take your breath away. And the kind of conversation that stays with you long after the evening ends.

The Summer Table is born from the same world as our Power Table, the same intention, the same calibre of women, the same atmosphere. But this time, lighter. More open. A summer version, shared with the wider SÖNRAI community for one evening before we all disappear into the season.

The Power Table returns in September in its full intimate format.
But first , this. 💜

✨ Member Spotlight: Franca Villarroel

Before becoming a Transformation & Leadership Coach, Speaker and Mindful Mentor, Franca spent 15 years as a singer and actress in the German television and film industry.

Today, she works internationally across Europe, the Middle East and the Americas, helping individuals and leaders navigate change, build trust and reconnect with their inner clarity.

As a mother of three and someone who has experienced significant personal transformation herself, Franca brings a perspective that is both insightful and deeply human. Her work is rooted in the belief that many of the answers we seek already exist within us , sometimes we simply need the right questions, space and guidance to uncover them.

What makes Franca such a valuable part of the SÖNRAI community is not only her expertise, but her ability to foster meaningful conversations around self-awareness, emotional intelligence and personal growth.
