ANOTHER SHEEØ. SOLD OUT IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS. 🤍

Twenty women will join us around the table on 15 September at El Obrador, Marbella Club Hotel , for The Art of Being Heard with Amit Grinvald, TEDx Organiser, Communication Coach & Speaker.

It’s an intimate conversation about how we articulate what we do, communicate ideas with clarity, tell our stories without sounding rehearsed, hold a room, and make people genuinely want to listen.

Amit joins us in Marbella just days after speaking and mentoring founders at Google in London, bringing his experience from TEDx and international stages into the intimacy of one table.

There will be conversation, questions, honest exchange and live coaching , followed by brunch and time to connect.

MARBELLA, GET READY TO BOOGIE. ☀️

For the first time, Boogie&Brunch with Linus Eliasson is coming to Marbella and SÖNRAI couldn’t be more excited to bring this international daytime experience to the coast.

On 24 October, we’re taking over the hidden garden at Organic Food Market for a day built around music, movement, beautiful food, connection and pure feel-good energy.

At the centre of it all is Linus Eliasson, Ibiza-based DJ, cinematographer and founder of Boogie & Brunch, creating the kind of warm, judgement-free dance floor where people feel safe enough to let go, move freely and simply have a really good time.

Expect barefoot dancing under the Marbella sun, Linus behind the decks, a long Mediterranean garden brunch, a curated market, beautiful people and a few SÖNRAI touches along the way.

And we’re very happy to welcome Ancient + Brave as SÖNRAI’s Wellness Partner, bringing a dedicated wellness activation to the day. including a Creatini welcome ritual, hydration station and Ancient + Brave goodies to take home.

No late night. No alcohol at the centre of it.
Just music, movement, food, connection and BIG happy energy.

There’s a quiet assumption that talent and hard work are enough. That if a woman builds something good, the capital will follow. The truth is more complicated than that.

And it isn’t really a confidence problem, or a talent problem. It’s an access problem to capital, to networks, to the rooms where decisions get made.

We started SÖNRAI because access is rarely just about money. It’s about who introduces you to whom. Who tells you about the opportunity before it’s public. Who believes in the idea before there’s proof it will work.
