One of the most important things for me, always, is that couples feel safe, relaxed and truly themselves in front of my camera.
When I first met Ana and Vlad, they were honest from the start. They told me they were shy, that they didn’t like posing and that they were a bit worried about how they would look in the photos. All they wanted was something simple and beautiful, something that felt like them.
I told them to leave it in my hands. That there was nothing to perform, nothing to force. The only thing that mattered was that they enjoyed the moment and had a good time together.
And they did.
We played, we laughed, we moved, we created together. Little by little, the camera disappeared and what stayed was their connection. The result speaks for itself.
In the end, that’s what it’s all about: enjoying the process, trusting each other, and co-creating images that, when you look back at them years from now, bring you right back to how incredible that moment felt.
