I’ve been taking a break from Instagram for a few months now. Partly because I was busy during the holidays, but also because I realized how much time I was wasting on social media. Does anyone else feel the same way?

Don't get me wrong, Instagram is a wonderful tool when used properly. As I reflect on the value this platform has for me, I'm determined to take control of my time and invest it in things that truly matter to me.

I enjoy sharing images on Instagram and being inspired by others, so quitting the platform isn't an option. Instead, I'm committed to finding a balance that works for me, and I understand that this balance may look different for each person.
