The new version of our Veteran Belt is finally here ⚔️ One of our most versatile and iconic belts has evolved with thicker leather straps, upgraded construction details and new integrated brass rings all around the belt for even more utility and customization.

The belt is built around a central broadbelt piece, shaped and secured by two separate leather straps. And if you want, those straps can also be removed and worn independently as two individual belts, giving you even more options for outfits and character builds.

The added rings and double strap system make it perfect for hanging pouches, weapons and accessories all around the waist depending on your setup.

This new version also includes our sculpted battle damaged buckles, designed by us and finished with aged brass hardware to create a rugged veteran look full of personality.

One of the things we love most about this design is how it shapes the silhouette. The broadbelt structure naturally defines the waist and gives a powerful look both on men and women, making even simple outfits instantly feel more complete and impressive.

Perfect for pirates, mercenaries, barbarians, orcs, adventurers and countless fantasy characters.

El cinturón está formado por una pieza central tipo broadbelt que toma forma gracias a dos cinturones independientes que la sujetan. Y si quieres, esas tiras también pueden desmontarse y utilizarse por separado como dos cinturones independientes, dando muchísimo juego para distintos vestuarios y configuraciones de personaje.

Las nuevas anillas y el sistema de dobles tiras hacen que sea perfecto para colgar bolsos, armas y accesorios alrededor de toda la cintura según el tipo de setup que quieras montar.

Sometimes a custom order arrives at the workshop and makes us stop for a second and just say… wow 😈💙

Our large Oni Mask is already one of the most popular masks we make at Outcast Props, but this time a customer asked for a special version in two different shades of blue, mixing a deep blue with lighter swirling details inspired by traditional Japanese patterns. And honestly… it turned out stunning.

Every piece is hand painted and hand aged, so custom versions like this require creating the colors, contrasts and finishes from scratch to keep the mask full of depth and character.

We wanted to show it because many people don’t realize how far we can go with customizations 👹

Nuestra Oni Mask grande ya es una de las máscaras más populares de Outcast Props, pero en esta ocasión nos pidieron una versión especial en dos tonos de azul, combinando un azul profundo con detalles en azul claro inspirados en corrientes y remolinos japoneses. Y sinceramente… el resultado ha quedado espectacular.

Todas estas piezas están pintadas y envejecidas a mano, así que cada custom requiere trabajar colores, contrastes y acabados desde cero para que el diseño siga teniendo profundidad y personalidad real.

This is the Studded Chestpiece, the core element of an upcoming modular armor set that will soon grow with matching metal-plated belt, plated tassets, bracers and greaves to build a complete warrior silhouette.

The chestpiece is already available in our online store while the rest of the set is on its way.

What we especially love about this project is that it was designed to work for both men and women. It does not sculpt or emphasize the chest area, which means it may not be the right fit for everyone, but for those looking for a more neutral, practical or historical upper silhouette, this armor opens a lot of possibilities.

Built in our signature leather finishes with layered textures, battle-worn details and sculpted surfaces, it creates a strong presence without becoming heavy visually.

And as always at Outcast Props: our pieces are designed to work together.
Mix it with existing belts, skirts, armor parts and accessories from the collection, or wait for the full set and build your own warrior exactly the way you want.

Este es el Peto Studded, la pieza central de una nueva armadura modular que muy pronto irá acompañada de cinturón con placas metálicas, tassets, brazales y grebas para crear un conjunto completo.

Una de las cosas que más nos gusta de este proyecto es que está pensado para funcionar tanto en hombre como en mujer. No tiene forma específica para el pecho, así que quizá no sea la opción más cómoda para todas las clientas, pero para quienes buscan una silueta superior más neutra, práctica o más cercana a ciertos estilos históricos y de fantasía, creemos que tiene una personalidad increíble.

Está trabajado con nuestros acabados habituales, texturas envejecidas, marcas de batalla y mucho volumen visual para conseguir una armadura con presencia, robusta y muy llamativa.

Finally, we can show you the black version of our new Bear School Baldric 🐻⚔️ Inspired by the Witcher universe, but perfect for any witcher, mercenary, ranger or adventurer you can imagine.

We are incredibly happy with how this version turned out. The black leather gives it a darker and menacing look while keeping all the functionality and modularity we wanted for this design.

Something new has started to happen at Outcast Props lately 🌲⚔️ More and more people have been asking us to create belts and gear for bushcraft, hiking and wilderness life. And honestly… it makes perfect sense for us.

This custom belt was born from one of those requests, from an amazing customer called Roy, a professional nature guide who needed something truly special. A belt designed to work comfortably through different seasons, from light clothing to heavy winter layers, while keeping mobility, practicality and durability at the center of the design.

Roy worked directly with Leo, our lead designer, to develop the project from scratch. And this is only the beginning, more matching pieces for the full setup are already in development 👀

What makes this project especially important to us is that it’s not just “fantasy makers trying outdoor gear”.

Besides decades of leathercraft experience, Leo has been passionate about bushcraft and survival for years. He has trained in survival instruction and wilderness environments, including cold and arid conditions, and all that practical knowledge is now being applied directly into these designs.

The result is gear built not only to look beautiful, but to actually work in real outdoor conditions.

And honestly… we couldn’t be happier with how this belt turned out 🤎

Our Alchemist Bag was designed with one idea in mind: creating a real portable laboratory for LARP, medieval fairs and fantasy events ⚗️

More than just a pouch, this piece unfolds into a complete working setup with multiple compartments, vial holders, document storage, leather trays for ingredients or tools, and quick-access side potion slots designed to be practical even during combat or intense roleplay moments.

One of its most unique features is the side elongated vials, which can be accessed directly from the bottom of the bag for fast use without fully opening the laboratory. Perfect for healers, alchemists, plague doctors, scholars or battlefield support characters.

The side vials are made from plastic instead of glass, specifically so they can safely be used in action zones, battles or wargame environments where glass would not be allowed.

Over the years this has become one of our most iconic and loved products, and now we’re happy to present it in our Aged Brown finish 🖤

A back scabbard should look good. But above all, it should work. This is one of our handcrafted leather back sword scabbards, available in both Battle Damage Brown and Battle Damage Black finishes, designed not just to complete a character, but to move naturally with you during combat, LARP or long days at events ⚔️

One of the features we love the most is its ambidextrous setup.
You can wear it on either shoulder, adapting it to your dominant hand or your character setup with just a few adjustments.

It comfortably fits swords between 5 cm and 9 cm wide (approx. 2" to 3.5"), while still allowing slightly wider blades if you prefer a looser fit.

The entire harness has been designed to minimize armor interference and maintain mobility, making it practical even with layered costumes or heavier gear.

And of course, the details matter too.
The riveted plates, aged leather finish, battle scars, handcrafted buckles and layered construction give it that rugged fantasy feel perfect for mercenaries, barbarians, warriors, vikings or dark adventurers.

It can also be paired with our matching belts for a full coordinated setup 🖤

Una vaina de espada para la espalda tiene que verse bien. Pero sobre todo, tiene que funcionar. Esta es una de nuestras vainas de espalda artesanales en cuero, disponible en acabado Battle Damage Brown y Battle Damage Black, diseñada no solo para completar un personaje, sino para moverse contigo de forma cómoda durante combates, LARP o largas jornadas de evento ⚔️

Una de las cosas que más nos gusta de este diseño es que es ambidiestro.
Puede llevarse tanto en el hombro izquierdo como en el derecho, adaptándose fácilmente a tu mano dominante o a la configuración de tu personaje.

Está preparada para espadas de entre 5 cm y 9 cm de ancho aproximadamente, aunque también puede admitir hojas algo más anchas si se prefiere un ajuste más abierto.

Todo el arnés está pensado para interferir lo mínimo posible con armaduras y otras piezas de equipo, permitiendo una movilidad mucho más cómoda y natural.
