One of our favourite kinds of weddings: great people, beautiful setting, and a few big pans of paella cooking away

For this celebration we started with a round of Mediterranean appetizers, while our team got the paellas going. Throughout the day we cooked several different rice dishes, serving them fresh from the pan so guests could try a bit of everything.

Good food, relaxed vibes, guests going back for seconds (and sometimes thirds), and a bar flowing all day to keep the celebration going.

This is exactly why we love what we do, bringing people together around great food and a shared table.
