Almuñécar this evening, for 10. We had the luxury of being given free rein on the menu, we were just asked to choose some of our favourite dishes (it just had to be the beef, it's so popular!) and a chocolate cake for dessert, as it was a celebration. We're delighted to have been asked back to cater for the big birthday party next year.
Canapés:
•Sun dried tomato, Burrata and pesto crostini
•King prawn with mango salsa and sweet, hot, and sour Asian dressing
•Panko breaded bacon, chorizo, and cheese croqueta, topped with allioli and black garlic pearls
Starter:
•Crispy panko and coconut butterflied gambas, mango curry sauce, simple salad with garam masala dressing
•Main:
•Grass fed Galician blonde chateaubriand, summer truffle hollandaise, pommes Anna, griddled pepper and roasted broccolini
Dessert:
•Decadent chocolate cake with dark chocolate ganache
